She has left... Finally Gauri shouted...

What? Swati was shocked reaching there..

Shlok was driving rashly on the Mumbai -Pune highway trying to locate the buses for Pune...

There is no benefit of stopping every bus from start, it will just waste my time. If she has left one hour ago...I will have to drive fast... he was thinking to himself..

After driving for one and a half hour, it was almost nine PM, when he saw a bus , he immediately crossed the bus and stopped car in front of it...

Pagal ho gye ho ya marne ka irada hai? Conductor and driver shouted coming out of bus as driver had controlled bus with quite difficulty..

Without listening to them, he immediately entered the bus looking for Astha, but could not find her...

I am sorry. All he said running to his car without listening them while driver was in anger to hit him...

But he started driving faster than before...

On the way, he continuously stopped five buses and same situation. Astha was in no bus from them... he checked time, it was almost ten by then...

He was getting restless... where are you Astha?

When he saw another bus ahead...again he crossed it and stopped the car in front of bus...

Ae..yeda hai kya? Itni badi bus nazar nahi aati ya pi ke gadi chaal rha hai? Conductor shouted holding his collar...

Bhai sahib just one minute, mujhe apki bus check kar lene dijiye..Please... Shlok spoke softly...

Kyon? Tu yhan minister lga hai? Driver shouted trying to hit Shlok...

While people were coming out of bus... Shlok was looking at them while they were shouting at Shlok...

Shlok somehow escaped and reached to the bus... As he entered the bus and checked, he found Astha was sitting on a seat placing her head on window, her eyes were closed and her face was pale as she had been crying for long...(Finally I got my life back, he relaxed a bit)

Astha... he shouted when people were trying to hit him for creating inconvenience for them...

Astha immediately opened her eyes on listening his voice...Shlok... She whispered...(Why did you came shlok? Why you increase my difficulties to leave you?)

Shlok looked at her, she lowered her eyes... while people were looking around...without saying any word, Shlok picked her bag and held her hand pulling her out of bus..

No, Shlok, I am not coming back... Astha held the pole in between the bus...

Did I ask you? Shlok looked into her eyes...and pulled her... but Astha denied to get out of bus and tried to hold her bag back from Shlok... Shlok please let me go and make your as well as my life easy...

We may talk later Astha, not now, first get out of bus...he tried to convince her but she was as adamant as he..

When conductor and driver came... again shouting at him...aye ye kya tamasha lga rakha hai? Phele raste mein bus roki, ab ladki ko utha rha hai?

Shlok didn't listen to them and again talked to astha...Astha don't create a scene here and lets go...

No Shlok... please leave... She again replied...

Jab laadki keh rhi ai, nahi jana to tu kyon jabardasti kaar rha hai? One of passenger held Shlok's collar... get out of bus. He tried to push her, when shlok's head stroked with seat ahead and it started bleeding from his forehead...

Shlok... Astha shouted getting worried and tears rolled over her eyes...

He got up again and hold Astha's hand...Astha I am asking you last time, come out or you know, what can I do... this time he was quite angry and tried to pick her in his arms..

Yee..chod ladki ko...someone held his collar... Shlok in anger pushed the man away shouting... Don't dare to interfere between us...this is our personal matter...

The passengers too got angry. And some walked towards Shlok to hit him... Police bulayein kya?

Bulane ki kyaaa jarurat hai? Hum hain na? a passenger came forward who was in uniform and was quiet by now... he held shlok's collar..chal thane chalte hain, jyada shaunk hai na ladki uthane kaa, wahin bhoot utrega...

Shlok...Astha walked to him shouting and covered him immediately...

let's go...finally she said putting her hands on his shoulders...

Beta, Tum janti o isse? One of the ladies asked...

Ji...ye mere...Astha looked towards Shlok...he too eagerly waited for her reply...

Ye wo mere...pati hain... hamara jhagda ho gya tha, to main rooth kar mayke jar hi thi...mujhe manane aye hain... She spoke looking away from Shlok. A smirk appeared on shlok's face...

Wah..badi kismat wali ho beta..tumhara pati adhi raat ko tumhe dhundhta fir rha hai... jayo uske sath... the lady blessed her...

Pehle nahi bta sakte the? Itna drama kar diya? Conductor spoke giving them way to go...

Astha gave him a faded smile ...sorry... hamaari wjah se ap sab tang huye...and went to Shlok who was smirking at her...she immediately held her hand and came out of bus... Soon the bus went away...

Shlok, tumhe jyada to nhi lgi? Atsha turned towards him...

Pati hun tumhara, tumhaare liye thodi si kha bhi li to kya farq padta hai? He winked at her...

Shut up, if I would not have interfered, to ab tak jail main hote ladki uthane ke chakkar mein...

Then what? Tumhe kya farq padta? You were going na leaving me alone here? What If I would die even? Shlok spoke twisting his face...

Shut up Shlok...Astha shouted moving closer... She took a hanky from her bag and cleaned his forehead head taking water from car..Shlok was continuously looking at her...she took first aid kit and put bandage on his head... Both kept quiet for long...

Once finished, Astha stood near Shlok ...

Why were you leaving Atsha? Finally he asked...

Astha had tears in her eyes and she turned face...

Not today Astha...Shlok made her look towards him, he was totally polite now. He went closer to her and spoke...Is it first time, we fought so badly or I said you something worst?

But this time you asked me to go out of your life... Astha spoke...

And you followed as if you agree to my each and every wish... he commented...You know me na? Main esa hi hoon... I don't know what I speak...when I am angry, but you started all this...anyways...I am sorry for hurting you. He held his ears and made a puppy face...

A smile appeared on Astha's face...

Shlok too smiled on seeing her smile. Finally I got my Astha back after so long...he spoke casually wrapping his arm around his shoulder... Now will you tell me why you were so upset?

Astha gave him a look again...

N, I am just taking chance, may be you will tell now...Shlok smiled...

Astha moved a bit away going towards car...

Shlok pulled her back into his arms... Astha, it is due to Swati and me na? No lies this time...he spoke looking into his eyes..

Finally Astha nodded her head in yes...Yes, Shlok, I was really upset...just as I have never seen you with any other girl before. And moreover you are not giving me time these days above all, you were acting weirdly...

But you were acting more weirdly..itni si baat pe itne din bita diye...

Itni si baat? Astha shouted ...how can I share my best friend with anyone else?

Give me phone, mine is switched off, Gauri must be worried...she changed topic...

Ya she was ready to kill me, badi mushkil se bacha hun aaj... he spoke dialing her number walking a few steps away from her..

Ya Gauri.. han Astha is with me...ya we are coming back...Shlok said as Gauri asked...

Yaa as if I knew, I will have to drive 200 KMs to find you in two hours... He commented...our both phones are off, what if any emergency rises...

What emergency? We will be back In two ours... Astha smiled...

Ya, hope so...he too smiled... just when suddenly car stopped on the way in a lonely place...

Demn...Shlok punched the staring...

Now what? Astha irritated...

Yaar, a problem... in hurry to reach you, I forgot to get the fuel tank filled...its empty now..

What? Shlok...Astha held her head in her hands showing her anger in her eyes, while shlok was smiling helplessly...
