It is just Indians. We put the heroes on a pedestal and when they perform below our expectations they are rewarded with tamatars and chappals. I remember an incident about Cricketer Robin Singh. When he reached Chennai airport after a dismal performance he was garlanded with chappalsπŸ˜›.

it is bad. But we take this game to our heart and feel bad actually i felt so bad y'day when we got defeated by bangladesh.

hey friends,I met sunil gavaskar in a hotel in singapore.We had gone to watch world cup in a giant screen there and he too was watching.He was very sweet.He spoke to my son and hubby and we clicked pics.There were hardly anyone watching the WC .Only abt 7- 8 indian pple.So,we could manage to chat with him.

I thought I will share this news with all of you.sorry mods,this topic is not SP related.πŸ˜›
