Is Rashid legally married to Shireen?

It was revealed that Rashid did not divorce Dilshaad.. And if I am not wrong, you need your first wife's permission to marry another woman in Islam... I don't think Dilshaad gave the permission as Shireen had no idea about them not being divorced... So is their marriage valid??

Actually I don't know much about marriage laws in Islam so...

They are legally married.

As per shariyat laws, a Muslim man can have 4 wives at a time.

while it is strongly recommended to seek permission of first wife but the second marriage does not become null and void based on that only.
