Hmm...difficult question as there is nothing really lovable about the Dursleys...

I would say Petunia because she does at times realize the importance of the blood bond which connects her to Harry.

i definitely agree that of the Dursleys if i have to pick one, it's Petunia. She knows more about the wizarding world than she lets on and as Mystica mentioned she does feel a connection to Harry at times (b/c of Lily). Vernon is a mean idiot who needs to learn how to use his brain more often; Dudley is the most spoiled and rotten kid on the planet; and Marge is foul and pure evil, especially for the way she behaves with Harry 😡 Petunia is the only one with positive shades to her character and who knows--maybe she'll play a more active role in Harry's life before it's all said and done.
