Let them send legal notice. Their case is weak and baseless. Guthi was first shown on Sony and Colors itself was using popular characters/acts recycled from other shows. Who are they to assert exclusive rights over Guthi? It's Sony's property!

BTW, waiting for Star and Sony to send legal notices to Viacom 18 for using Shamsher, Harpal and Guthi and all other characters which actors had first performed elsewhere but had repeated in Comedy Nights. Colors can themselves use any other organisation/network's intellectual property but will ban others? Whatte policy! 😆
