To ganga's credit, at least she realized she may be pregnant and did the simple pee on a stick test.

Gauri being a doctor herself had two unplanned pregnancies and was clueless - once she collapsed in the singh's living room and had to be informed by the lady doctor whom the singhs called -- and the second time she collapsed on the road and had to be informed by the doctor in the hospital after passerby's took her to the hospital.
