Had he been experimental and talented, then I would say that he shouldn't retire. For god sakes we have Amitabh Bachchan who is so versatile and even Best Actor at age 63...Sunny aint in that league, he's just a hasbeen wannabe looking to make a few bucks off of Punjabi audience. Even the Punjabi audience has moved on to more less-dramatic films like Jatt and Juliet...not everything has to be loud and OTT like how Sunny does it in his movies.

He cant put on a turban every time and expect to hits bulleyes. The moment has passed, and its time to move on.

Thats better than 90% of the actors today. Policgiri opening to 0.9 Cr for comparison.

Film-making is team-work today. Give him a good team, some good music and a good banner and he'll give you a 10 Cr opening. Sunny Deol can still open at 57 and people want him to retire?

I just said he is doing the same kinds of roles and types of movies over and over again which has disproved his versatility and perhaps he doesn't have the talent to be versatile. There is a difference in what your small mind has interpreted and what I actually said.

Had he been experimental and tried new things then there is no question that he shouldn't retire. Nobody is telling Amitabh to retire, because he has proven he can do variety of roles. I mean, is this really something I need to explain? Its common sense and not rocket science.
