So Zoya loves her phuppi but her love for Asad is nothing compared to that? It doesn't matter right? I'm sorry but having both your parents walk out on you, especially your own mother who you stood by for 17 years and sacrificed yourself pretty much after that, how can anyone be happy after that? How is anyone willing to watch that infront of their eyes and be okay with it? If Zoya doesn't want Asad to waste his life in anger, then she should go and try to explain to her dear phuppi what she is doing is wrong. Very wrong on all levels, especially on the level of motherhood.

Zoya doesn't know how spineless Rashid is, because she still sides with him and expects Asad to listen to him. She has heard every name being called to Dilshad, yet still thinks her phuppi will be happy ?

Also I want to add, Asya's love is selfless only from Asad's side. Zoya's love has been selfish in that relationship so comparing Asad's love for his mother to Zoya's love is not even comparable. Zoya expects everyone to side with her and support her in her pain and whatever it is she is going through, but she feels she doesn't have to support others in theirs especially Asad. She expects Asad to be on her side and if he isn't she gets angry. Isn't that selfish to you? She has never been able to see what he is feeling in any situation. She has never been able to understand him.

Asad however has always been able to understand everyone around him. He understood hismothers pain and longing, he felt it too, when she would miss Rashid. He understood Zoya's for her father.
