I dont think gul is preaching regressive thoughts. I think shes bringing awareness to them. She is showing the way woman in india still think. Im sorry but its a fact till this day a lot of elder indian womam still believe their lives are centered around their husbands and i think gul is trying to continue her streak of showing the flaws of indian society really well.

Thanks. Gul might not be preaching to the class audience but I do feel that her mass audience is very much the women you mentioned above. These women needs to see that if a woman wants she can have a life being single without a man.

I just don't see a correlation between the old Dilshad and this one. And I really feel the this is what Gul really feels because she has shown the same this with Nikhat's obsession with getting married and now with Shireen and Dilshad. I just hope she doesn't make Asad and the other Khan children do a complete 360 by showing that they are okay with Rashid sharing himself with two wives.
