Otherwise his accent is normal Indian wala. When she starts speaking British accent, even he starts. 😆

Is it only me?

I find him quite natural ...

But one thing I have marked, he can switch between Indian and the British accent as will. Some in India would definitely find British accept difficult to understand. Since he is staying long enough in India, I guess he has learnt Indian accent too.

Code switching! Lol I do that all the time. I freaked out an English friend of mine once, when I started a conversation on the phone English and then switched into our home language.

Yeah I noticed but that's when he's with others. But when with Sofia he's more Brit like. There r lots of ppl I know who have 2 accents one for desi crowd and one for firang crowd. This comes naturally without any extra effort. No explanation.

Andy is frm Berkshire which is very close to London and the English spoken there is very good English unlike strong accent frm Liverpool, Scotland of Ireland.

that is normal i guess... see if u look at Sophia's lifestyle it does not look as she is very much involved with her family and relatives... so most ppl she probably speaks to, speak in the same accent, thts y she isnt used to "control" her accent... as in Andy lives in India since a couple of years now and also has relatives and family (he is in touch with) who dont all speak the british accent...so he "controls" a bit to make it easy for ppl who dont understand tht accent... i have a friend in UK she talks to all of the ppl there in british-english and to me with a "lighter-accent" as im from europe not UK...
