Akbar's great justice is bending for his siblings sake always

Sharifuddin can go around spoiling his wives and his reputation, mughal family reputation and rebelling against kingdom thrice but its OK why he is brother-in-law sisters suhaag

Abu Mali ran away and jalal least bothered again to catch him and give justice why again brother-in-law angel

His brother Mirza Hakim rebelled its fine forgive him because he is his step brother although he is a bhaagi

he warned Adham many times...forgave him knowing his rebellious nature..later he beheaded him...Adham kept rebelling.

regarding Jodha and her brother...well that time he lost his waris which he longed for...proofs were against her...he hadn't fallen for her then..hence this step.

see in this fake preggy track Jalal didn't behead Jodha...jabki he could have done it instantly...any King would have done it...but he refrained himself doing such...as he has fallen for her...he investigated and got to know the truth.

its not about partiality...he gives chances before doing something big.

For bakshi bano he is going to let jodha decide her punishment. Jodha is going to forgive her because she doesn't want Jalal hurting anymore. This is what I think.
