Indeed Tigmanshu Dhulia's films are high on content, it should do reasonably well towards the target audience it is aimed at i.e. single screens.

😆 Bullet Raja is essentially a masala film right? It attracts people that like action and stuff. So it will do well there, and because it's high on content it will do better? 😛
