Awesome analysis👏👏. I agree astha is not ready to be married but i hope its not a character flaw by wrter but is a deliberate thing. I want CVs to now start building astha's character. They should show her turning from a girl to a mature woman. I really want fri to come sooner.

You write really well! I am however happy with Astha s characterisation, she is flawed and that makes it easier for me as an audience to see her get taken on a ride by shlok. I am glad she is not one of the ideal , virtuous lead actresses that most hindi serials are made of. Such girls do not exist but one is more likely to find a Astha in real life . So for me, I do not want to change anything about her, keep her as clumsy and " stupid" if you can call her that. She is childish and immature ,no wonder she fell for shlok's charms.

Ruby - as usual a great analysis. I missed quite a few episodes while I was in India. Something is off about this serial - the characterizations are really not gelling with me. Have to catch up with the story so far. let's see.

Correct me if I am wrong...I have my pointers:

If my memory serves right on the award function day only shlok was insulted by Aastha. I may be wrong here.. watched those episodes in a haze. If my above memory is correct then Sholk is taking revenge for himself only. How is it that taking revenge for Niranjan coming into play. Whatever he is doing is being approved by Niranjan and he I think knows exactly what shlok is up to because somewhere both are ek hi thaali ke chatte batte.

Another thing is... I find it stupid to ruin ones own life for a small revenge.. As much as he is ruining Aastha's life he has also ruined his own na?

The above sentence that you have written may be right to some extent but what I think it is more that this girl has no sense of consequence... All she sees is what is happening right at this moment.. She does not bother to think about even 5 minutes ahead. One such example is inviting her parents to that pooja.. Well before marriage when you invite someone you do take your mom and dad's permission or at least let them know that you are planning to invite so and so. How does that change post wedding when you are living in a joint family environment. As a bahu you may not want to ask permission etc.. but basic information to banta hai. On top of it you are a new bahu... Even when you know a family forever you tred carefully as soon as you get married... and here she has entered into an opposite environment than hers.

In a nutshell what my thought is Aastha lacks maturity and that's why when the kaka keeps saying that change is coming I would like to say change in what?

One more thing. Sojalz mom is allowed to visit and stay. Jyotiz mil can stay but Anjali's parents and aasthaz parents are not allowed? Don't understand this concept.
