I know that she knows. I think dadi knows what Prachi feels for Neev. When Varun's proposal came she blasted Inder for not letting Prachi make her own decision, then she said to Neev "won't you do something" when Prachi was with Varun at the party for first time. Then she was the one who told Prachi to not call Neev to wake him up ...because she knew he would then realize what Prachi meant to him and now "Ab sab badal jayega" comment... I think Dadi always wanted Prachi and Neev together and she might support Neev after his public expression of love 👏
