no anu, the gauri who defeated prithvi is not the bro of gaznavi. And i am sorry i posted the wrong info in my above post.
MD of Gaznavi attacked india in 1008

Now there is one more guy Ghais-ud-Din who is the ruler of Gaur. This guy invades gaznavi in 1173 n then on rules there. The bro of this guy is Mohammad Gauri, and he attacks india(against prithvi) in 1191 and 1192.
