Khwahish!!!! update 4 on pg 1!!!

Gauri was shocked to c shiv lying injured like this.......

Shiv kapoor....the man who once loved her like crazy but fate had sumthing else stored in for her......

It was raining so hard .....Gauri felt helpless for how shez gonna take him with her........she stood there for quite a long time crying for help....but nobody seemed to notice her.....everyone was busy for themselves to escape from the rain.....but at last two men came down to help her . They took him up ....which was not a very easy task coz he was one of an enormous man.... and made him lie on the back of her car.....she sat on the driving seat in a hurry .....thanked them and drove back to her house...

Gauri was sooo shocked and worried about the whole incident that her brain stopped working.......all her old wounds and memories were back......she felt a srtange numbness in her....as if she had no idea of what was happeneing!!!!

Gauri looked straight towards the road without blinking her eyes even for second and drove restlessly as tears rolled continuously down her cheeks......

Shiv was stabbed at the right side of his stomach and was bleeding.....she brought him to her house and changed his clothes....and made him lie on the bed.

Gauri ran down towards the other room and came back with her first aid box to give his wounds a dressing......

she felt a bit of uneasiness wid him lying infront of her like this but moved ahead with the dressing ignoring her feelings. Gauri knew very well that she was in the same pain just as him.....

As soon as she touched his wound, he grabbed her hand reallly hard.....and gave a small shake with pain.... he lifted his body a little bit and came down again. Gauri ligtly placed her hand on top of his wid a lilttle bit of hesitation but then she too grabbed it tightly and swallowed her cry folding her lips inside .. pressing them really hard.... Gauri placed her hand gently on his forehead and tried to calm him down.....as he was suffering tremendously while she gave him the dressing.....shiv was given a sedative to give him momentary relief from the pain and exaustion.

Gauri went on doings things that were necessary to cure shiv but her heart was getting heavier n heavier as time passed by. she gave him a sponge bath wid luke warm water....all the way lost in the memories of her past...as a tear rolled down her cheeks which fell on his numb hands....his hand shook a little with the touch of her tears ....Gauri took notice of that and couldnt bear any longer....she then sat next to him very cautiously making sure that she doesnt disturb him....she gently took his hand in hers....rubbeb her hand gently on his for while n placed them on her cheeks.....her eyes closed as if she wanted to forget all the incidents from her past. Gauri gently kissed his hand....placing it on the bed......she ran to the other room crying as it was getting intolerable for her. closing the door.....she leand against it and sliding down she sat on the ground holdin her knees close to her and gave out a loud cry..... placing her hands really hard over her mouth so tht she doesnt make any noise......she sobbed as much as she cud.....

kismat ne hamesha mere saath khel khela hai......

mai thak gayi hu....aur kitni pariksha loge meri....

mujhse aab aur nahi saha jata....

sun rahe ho aap....mujhse aab aur nahi saha jata.....mai kya karu?!!!

kaisey saamna karungii uska ....kaise?

kya mujhe iitna bhi haaq nahi k mai do pal k liye khush reh paou.....?!!!

Gauri kept on repeating those words....mai thak gayi hu...mai thak gayi hu....aab aur nahi saha jata mujhse...and rested her head on her bented kneees....

she kept sobbing ....as the taers wouldnt stop..... suddenly some noise came out of the room wher shiv was lying........

Gauri ran down to the other room to check what was wrong......to her horror it was shiv....he tried to get up but fell down......gauri ran down to him n made him lie on the bed again........she rubbed her hand ovr his hair.......and then to his cheeks ....kept it there for a while.....and she almost whispered

gauri: shiv...mai aaj bhi tumse utna hi pyar kartii hu......as tears rolled down her cheeks......

lost in her past she rested her head on the bed side holding shivz hand.....and didnt realize when she fell asleep........

Gauri is sitting on an open air cafe having her coffee......and doing some writings......she saw a tall and handsome guy wid a very good physique.....standing at a distance from her ....but he was somewhat facing her......he wore a blue denim jeans n white shirt....with sleeves half folded .....and his goggles on ...there he stood leaning against his car looking at some papers ......gauri looked at him once and then tried to concentrate on her work but couldnt as she was feeling a little awkard coz she felt as if he was looking at her......suddenly he came running towards her.........she got all scared...and stood up from her chair.....but he just ran past her....and she was like....*phew* men can b soo strange at times

she sat down and started lookin through some papers again and suddenly she heard a husky voice coming from her back....

shiv: dhyan kahan tha tumhara ?

the lovers were so close now as they always wanted to be........the cold wind blew inside the room and moved accross the two lovers as though a blessing from God....trying to protect them from any harm.....as the sun's rays came inside the room.......Gauri woke up..... n saw shiv lying infront of her.....she gave out a cute smile but at the same time it disappeared when she realized nothing was normal....a sigh came out of her heavy heart.....

shiv still lyed unconsious because of the sedative he was given. Gauri was quite relieved about this fact coz she was very scared to face him.....she got herself ready for the hospital....and before leaving she checked if shiv was ok.......his body temperature n alll.....and left for the hospital.......

it was a hectic day since morning....some serious patients took admission.....so gauri didnt even have time to breathe.......just about 5 o'clock she was lil free so she came to her cabin for she felt torn out n needed sum relaxation of both her body n mind.....she sat on her chair n closed her eyes........

EMERGENCY!!!

we have an EMERGENCY here......

move ...move.....make way.......

Junior doc: Dr. Gauri we have an emergency case...a woman is here...accident!!!

Gauri came running......

Gauri: okay get me to Dr. Jai.....HURRY....!!! and inform her family!!! now quick!!!!

she ran towards the Emergency ward........

Gauri is shocked to c how badly the lady was injured....

Gauri: Oh my God!!! we hav to operate her....get the OT preapared.....QUICK!!!!

that lady is taken to the OT......

A nurse was asked to inform her family.....

Shiv was on his way to the police station coz he had some files to colect......suddenly his phone rang...

Shiv: Shiv kapoor!

Nurse: ummm Mr. Kapoor.....im afraid u have to come to the City hospital right now.....Mrs. Nikhila Kapoor?!! unka accident ho gaya hai.......

Shiv: WHAT?!!!!!!!!

he hangs off the cell....skidds his car n drives his way to City Hospital.....

Shiv comes running to the hospital n rushes to the reception in search of his mother...Mrs. Nikhila Kapoor!!!!!

Shiv: excuse me......this is Shiv Kapoor...ummm Nikhila Kapoor....??!!!

someone calls him from the back: Mr. Kapoor....

Shiv: uhh yes....

Lady: Mrs. Nikhila Kapoor is in the OT right now.......woh kafi buri tarha injured thi...

Shiv: how is she right now?

Lady: ohh im sorry...hum abhi kuch nahi keh sakte...operation k baad hi kuch kaha jaa sakta hai.....letz just hope for the best.....

she leaves saying those things....Shiv doesn say anything....he is too worried.....he keeps on just walikng through the lobby.......and looking at the watch at times!

as Gauri comes out of the OT....shiv anxiously walks down to her...

Shiv: how is she right now?!! is she alright?!!

Gauri: The operation was successful.....but we cant say anything right now....we hav to keep her under observation for the next 48 hrs. aur jabtak unko hosh nahi ajjati tabtak....

Shiv covers his eyes with his left hand n lifts his face up n gives out a loud sigh....

Gauri: i hope everything will b fine....lets hope for the best....

Gauri leaves with the other doctors.

Shiv calls Machan and informs him about wht happened and tells him to sort the works for him for some time......machan consoles him and says he'll handle everything.....

Itz getting late at night and Gauri is about to leave when she finds shiv sitting on the sofa next to nikhilaz cabin......his hands r joined wid his fingers bent n he is moving his thumbs on his lips.....Gauri felt a little bad for him.....and walks away to the other side....

Gauri: Coffee?!!

shiv lifts his head and finds Gauri standing next to him holding two mugs of coffee in her hands....

Shiv takes one of the mugs from her hands...

Shiv: Thanks....

Gauri smiles and sits next to him.....

Gauri: Ur mother was bought here in a very critical condition....i had no other option but to operate....is tarha k cases mai internal injuries ya phir brain hamerages ki kafi chances hoti but we didnt find any sort of injuries like that par abhi bhi kuch nahi kaha ja sakta....we have to b very much carefull till the next 48 hrs...isiliye unhe under observation rakkha gaya hai!!!! but dont worry......i hope she'll b okay......lets pray and hope that this 48 hrs pass safely.....

Shiv listend to her all the way bending his head down and looking at the floor.......Gauri places her hand on top of his....and consoles him...

Gauri in a whispering soft tone: Dont worry....she'll b fine.....

Shiv looks at her......and smiles a little folding his lips inside......Gauri smiles back and gets up to leave.....

Shiv: Gauri!!!

Gauri turns with a little surprise...

Shiv: Thanx

Gauri: kis baat k liye?

Shiv: For everything....!!!!
