Well friends a very interesting topic. Million dollar question as to the different sources of mythology and most of mankind believing only the most known and published works as true.
First of all mythology has come to us through literature, mouth of words, paintings architecture etc, the most important value of mythology is not the stories as it's difficult to prove whether they have happened and whether the exact narration has come to us. It's in the eternal moral of each story, which will be true thousands of years from now, at present and was true thousands of years ago which is utmost important.
The Trimurti letting things unfold, without interefering... moral, according to me is that all incidents happening are a result of past karmas and cannot be stopped, only when the karma has unfolded or is unfolding, realisation we can only change our bhav... Our intentions our impermanence and what is permanent can either continue the karma forward or free us from it
For example, if someone cheats us, we know we have been cheated, we try our best to recover our resources as we have been made nimit, so we do our karma not become the karta, then the result is acceptable to us, as if the person who has cheated us, if he owes us the money we will get it back and if we have cheated him in the past and we don't recover then our karma is over and we do not hold a grudge, hate him or curse him/ her, we accept the result from the core of our soul, which is untouched by good and bad, as in all circumstances it's always in a state of bliss.
You will notice that certain situations which u don't like keep coming back into your life, why ??? Natures way of trying to make u realise not to get upset at any situation only accepting it and coming to terms with it by understanding yourself and the circumstances and people involved in it.
Just my thoughts, hope have not gone off track, Sonali
