The question of Talaaq ?

TheZoyaan nikah has been kept ambiguous from the start . I am beginning to see the reason ( if not the logic ) to execute an accidental community nikah the way it was shown . This nikah has established quite a few things :

Agreed, gul have kept invalid nikaah aside for now, just so she could use it later... I don't mind if ayaan use this nikah against asad, all i care about is story moving forward, and we are getting brother clash, gul have mention from the beginning of the episode the girl will come between them. N I guess its true... Asad refusing to help ayaan isn't a really big deal, asad would never go against him even if he refuse to help...but ayaan claiming zoya as his wife n refuse to give divorce will definitely send asad off guard. ... Dilshad-Rashid= I guess i don't have any thing to say about them except despo... M sorry but Rashid asking Dilshad to move in with him is understanding as he is a jerk ass,, but Dilshad deciding to move in is just sooo ewww... For god sake when she need him the most, he left and now since she learn to live without him, she again decided to move in with him, can't she see that he have a wife and 3 kids?... She should at least think about them...

Nice point, but can I say something which is riling me as I have seen it elsewhere. The line: "Ayaan refuse to give divorce to Zoya." Who is Ayaan and why should it be up to him to give the divorce? It implies that only a man can give a divorce. Not true. Zoya can move to the Islamic council and petition for divorce. A more long winded way but do able. Women also have a right to divorce.

Even I feel zoyaan will end as invalid nikkah her name is the major key they read it as zoya fareed & in nikkahnamma she has signed as zoya farooqui against zoya fareed so it has a major role at present no 1 knows about name issue so they are proceeding with divorce

but i read forum bride name is not imp if groome name correct then its not matter whats bride name.

Not only zoyas name her guardian name is also wrong I think in the forum I read bride guardian name is important & it should be according to be in the legal documents as zoya dosent know about her father legally her guardian will be anwar so its an invalid nikkah only

But it's Siddiqui Mansion not Khan Mansion, so basically Dilshad cannot just move in there !!!😲
