Episode starts with Ira asking from Meenu about Anandi and Shiv Have they got ready or not Its getting late . Meenu tells Ira they got ready a long ago they are waiting for her outside in the car . Ira asks Meenu and Alok to come along too but they say they will stay at home. Ira leaves . Alok ask Meenu, why she didn't go with Ira.? Meenu sadly says she don't want to look back at the past She wants to forget it She don't have courage to go to that place which takes her back to the past . Alok says he also don't have the courage to go there thats why he did not go with Ira , Shiv and Anandi
Hospital :-
Shiv gives a speech on the stage in some hospital function while Anandi and Ira are sitting with others listening . Shiv thanks the authorities of the hospital for inviting him as chief guest here Shiv says I was born in this hospital and today by inviting me as chief guest in same hospital 's function you have taken me back to my past Shiv appreciates the hospital for being charitable hospital and praises the doctors for being best examples for humanity. The MD of the hospital thanks Shiv for coming at their hospital's function .The MD gives his speech and then he says here on this day he wants to honor a very special employee of his hospital who gave 20 years of her life in service of patients in this hospital . The MD invites on stage a nurse naming Sarla . Sarla comes on stage. Shiv gives a bouquet to Sarla . Ira recognizes Sarla and tells Anandi she is same nurse who helped me in delivery of Shiv After so many years i am seeing her , i always wanted to meet her after birth of Shiv but don't know where she went after that and today after so many years i am seeing her
The MD after honoring all the senior employees ask the guests to enjoy refreshments now
Sarla is talking to another nurse when Ira and Anandi come to her .Ira asks Sarla do you recognize me? . Sarla says sorry i dont , actually i have become old now so now in this age memory does not remain sharp . Ira smiles and says no problem .Ira tells Sarla her name is Iravati Shekhar and she did her delivery . After hearing the name Sarla remembers and is shocked Sarla says yes now i remember I can not forget this name ever , your delivery was my last work after then I didn't have courage to do this work again Ira and Anandi are shocked hearing it Sarla continues I couldn't give you happiness, you was craving for a baby but you gave birth to a still child Ira and Anandi are shocked hearing it . Ira says to Sarla you are mistaking . My baby was healthy and alive. I wanted to meet you but you left by that time. Sarla is shocked hearing this . Ira says to Sarla wait I will show you my son Ira calls Shiv. Sarla is shocked . Shiv comes there. Ira introduces Sarla to Shiv and tells Shiv you came in this world through her hands. Shiv takes blessings from Sarla. Sarla blesses him but is extremely shocked . Anandi is confused . Someone comes and tells Shiv someone MD is waiting for you and your family . Shiv along with Anandi and Ira go with the man leaving a shocked Sarla behind .
Badi Haveli:-
Jagya is saying to Ganga this accident could have happened with you present in the house too so how can you talk about leaving the work and stay at home ?. Ganga says i know doctor sahab but if i would have been at home then i won't be feeling this bad .I don't want to fulfill my any dream leaving the responsibility of my small child . Sumitra comes to JaGan room with breakfast and listen this . Ganga sees Sumitra standing at door. Sumitra comes inside . Jagya tries to take tea Sumitra stops him this is not for you but for Ganga Jagya smiles and says ok then but at least these snacks are for me . Sumitra says no . Jagya says so it means these snacks are also for Ganga nothing for me . Sumitra says yes ( aww Mommy's laadli is Ganga now Doctor sahab you have gone behind đ) Jagya smiles. Sumitra says Ganga has not eaten anything properly from when that accident happened with Mannu she must be hungry . Ganga says no maa i am not hungry , Dadisaa passing by JaGan room hear this . Sumitra says to Ganga see Ganga whatever happened yesterday forget it you think it like this such big trouble came but without causing any harm it went away too. Jagya says to Sumitra i am trying to make her understand this but she is not understanding . Ganga says doing duty at hospital after leaving Mannu at home like this was not the right decision. He is still so small , he needs his mother and even i don't feel better without him thats why from today i won't go to hospital . Jagya Sumitra and Dadisaa are shocked hearing it .
Dadisaa comes inside and says to Ganga what do you mean we so many people together cannot take care of Mannu , don't you trust us at all ? Ganga says no dadisaa Mannu is very lucky he got such a loving family like you all . Dadisaa says and still you are refusing to go to work ? How much you love Mannu same way Jagdish too loves Mannu All family loves Mannu if you are part of our family then Mannu is also part of our family we will take care of him . Sumitra says to Dadisaa leave it Maasaa. Whatever happened yesterday after that Ganga 's trust has been broken on us . Ganga says no Maa there is nothing like this i was only thinking how i will do so many works together House 's work , taking care of Mannu , hospital's duty? Dadisaa says why you cannot handle all this now ? previously you handled everything too , house's work , taking care of Mannu and going to school and going to hospital too for learning then you handled everything so well so why you cannot do this now ? Don't lose hope like this Leave Mannu's responsibility on us we will take care of him and you go to work without any worry . Dadisaa pulls Jagya's ear and says when we have raised this naughty boy this big then Mannu is so small now and is easy to handle for us Jagya is ouch my ear đ All laugh .Dadisaa says to Ganga now don't worry for Mannu and eat your breakfast Your mother in law made it with her own hands , don't take it as a breakfast consider it equal to a parsad You are so lucky to have a mother in law like Sumitra who is sweet if i would have been your mother in law and you refused to eat to me then i would have ...Dadisaa gestures for a slap .đ Ganga , Jagya , Sumitra laugh . Finally Ganga agrees to continue her work ( Dadisaa was the star here đ)
Hospital Function :-
AnSh and Ira are with MD talking and eating . Anandi goes to take a tissue from the table where she hears Sarla talking with some of her old colleague . Sarla is saying to her colleague i remember everything I did delivery of Iravati Shekhar and i remember she gave birth to a still baby I tried to revive the baby but the baby was already dead . Her colleague says you must be mistaking How is that possible ? Didn't you see Iravati Shekhar's son Shiv Raj Shekhar the collector of Udaipur who came here as chief guest He was born in this hospital and he is in front of you so how can you say she gave birth to a dead child? . Sarla says thats what i cannot understand but i know Iravati Shekhar quite well We became quite friendly when she used to come for her check up in this hospital . I know her husband Alok Shekhar too . Iravati used to wear Banarsi Sarees a lot then and i liked her sarees a lot and she promised me she will gift me a Banarsi Saree too after the birth of her child but unfortunately she gave birth to a dead child . Iravati's delivery was my last work i was so upset after that i stopped working as nurse and did not have any courage in me for doing more deliveries I can never forget that Iravati gave birth to a dead child and that made me so upset i stopped my work. Anandi is shocked hearing all this .
Badi Haveli:-
Ganga finishes her breakfast and tells Jagya she will take the plates downstairs and will bring tea for him Jagya stops Ganga by holding her . Ganga is shy what you are doing doctor sahab Jagya says all world has gone ahead but i am still standing behind when you will do my promotion? Ganga asks your promotion ? Jagya says yes i am doctor sahab for everyone but don't you think you should call me with some other name now ? Ganga smiles and asks him like ? Jagya says like Jagya or Jagdish . Ganga is shy and says how can i call you by your name ? Jagya says so you can call me like city girls call their husbands honey , sweetheart, darling . Ganga is shy and says no , Jagya says if you cannot call me this too then like ladies used to call their husbands in old days you can call me same way Aijee , aajee suntay hođ Ganga laughs and says no you are doctor sahab for me and will always will be . Jagya says ok so it means my promotion will never happen ok fine as you wish mam. Ganga laughs . Jagya asks her now you coming with me to hospital? Ganga says yes . Jagya says thank you mam . Ganga laughs . Jagya says to Ganga like the way you want to call me doctor sahab if i call you sister then đ€Ł( Jagya is so naughty and cute ) Ganga is shocked and pushes Jagya . đ Jagya says only in hospital because you are a nurse and we call nurse sisters đ Ganga laughs .Jagya too laughs . Both are happy ( Very lovely , cute scene)

Ira tells Shekhars about how much Shiv was praised at the function and how much his speech was appreciated . Meenu praises Shiv and blesses him . Daddu says some credit goes to him too because Shiv is inspired by him as he used to tell him stories of brave people . Shiv says yes where ever he is today all because of his family . Ira tells everyone but something very strange happened with her there , Ira asks from Alok do you remember that nurse Sarla who did my delivery the one who used to like my Banarsi Sarees a lot . Anandi is shocked hearing it Ira says i met her today and don't know why she was saying to me i gave birth to a still child she is mistaking . Alok , Meenu and Anandi are shocked hearing it . Screen freezes on Anandi

JaGan return home from work . Dadisaa and Sumitra are playing with Mannu . Mannu seeing Ganga runs towards her and is about to fall down. Ganga runs to hold Mannu but slips on the fold of carpet and falls on the table in front of her The object kept on table hits her abdomen and she screams in pain . Jagya , Dadisaa Sumitra runs towards Ganga ( i hope Ganga is fine She fell very badly )
