2 Bloopers or What???

It's from Friday's episode:

1. When KT came out of hospital room and Lakshya asked her how is she? She is fine?? and etc. But why did he not asked that "why was she driving the car so fast and why was she not stopping" and all that.

2. When Tanya-Karan were having fight. Tanya said a dialogus something like this, : "karan you are Tusli maa's son. gautam is tulsi maa's son and Ansh was tulsi maa's son." But what about Harsh, isn't he her son eventhough he is adopted. Tanya remember the son who is dead but not the one who is alive

What it meant was Tulsi had filed police complanint against Gautam & Ansh , and not supported them when they were wrong. Karan is doing the same wtih Manthan by not supporting him. Maybe that's why she used only ansh & Gautam's name
