I think Meenu sacrificed shiv to save Ira from the trauma of giving birth to a still born!
But the promo also showed singhs in background ie Sumitra running in shock from stairs and Dadisa shell shocked does it have anything to do with Shiv!

I dont remember exactly but in a episode Meenu was crying holding small dresses caps etc o fa kid..she was kinda lamenting the loss of her kid and hubby...immediately afer Mahi mentioned that Sanchi is her sister anyway and her kids will call him mama...what does that mean Meenu had a daughter or what!

please sort out my confusion!
