Anurag Kashyap and Anushka Sharma having an affair?

It was on the sets of 'Dev D' in 2009 that their love story blossomed. And after living together for two years, 'temperamental' director Anurag Kashyap and Kalki Koechlin, the woman, who he admitted had brought 'happiness and calmness' into his life, tied the knot in Ooty on April 30, 2011. She made a lovely bride in a red and white sari while he was a bashful groom in a dhoti and their wedding pictures had 'they lived happily ever after' written on them. Even though the honeymoon had to be pushed ahead because of their hectic schedules, there were no complaints about that. As Kalki pointed out in an earlier interview to TOI, "What keeps us together is our love. We may not be at the same social places, but that is because we respect each other's space when there is pressure."

Trouble started in paradise when Huma Qureshi entered the gang--or rather 'Gangs of Wasseypur'. Kalki dismissed the rumours with a laugh saying it was a 'joke' between them. But, the buzz only escalated with the gossip mills going into an overdrive around seven months ago, insisting the two year marriage was over, following Kalki stating in an interview that she will never work with Anurag again.

The couple was rarely spotted together lately and has reportedly been living apart. Lately, there was a strong buzz of a divorce. On Tuesday, the couple issued a joint statement stating "We are not filing for divorce, we are taking time off from each other to sort out our issues."
