if you paid attention to the serial you would realise that KT was seeing a dream and she saw that in her dream she was telling Tulsi her problem and then when she woke up she went looking for Tulsi but she foung out Tulsi went to Dehli...got it...its not a blooper or some new thing ekta created..its a normal scene with a normal dream
