u know what i think (sad to say) this was the last episode of prem since he is leaving this accident may have been a way to deal with it like he will be mabye given plastic surgery becausehe will be disfigured like what happened in Kahin to hoga to sujal
and probably this new girl panchin will find and take care of him while his memory is gone
i think this is highly probable
then later on he will get his memor y back devki will return probably with a kid and from there all the new problems will start
