Why only commend her? I mean even Ram kapoor came to shooting during PR raaz when he was sick, he also has other things in life which he leaves to shoot for KS. Roshini chopra came to shoot very early after her wedding(even though most of you didnt' want her), even she puts in effort and hardwork. Arunima, naman, siddharth(even after his father's demise), Prashant and the rest of them also put in equal effort why not give them their due credit too?

It's not like prachi is the only hardworking while the rest are slacking.

Yes i know she is shooting despite her exams and her broken ankle but she is bound by a contract, she is getting paid for all that she is doing. She chose this life for herself. A lot of people do that or much more in our daily lives why not appreciate them too? Why single out prachi? Yes she is a celeb, but does that mean only single her out and praise her so much that other's hardwork go unnoticed?

I am not saying that, that girl's work is not appreciated, i seriously applaud her sincerity but she is only doing it cuz she chose to do it, nothing out of the ordinary. Her issue has been made public and blown all out, but just remember the other actors put in equal effort if not even more. We can't just single her out and ignore the others who make KS what it is.

I for one don't think she is doing anything out of the ordinary, she took up a job and she is supposed to be fulfilling her responsibility which she is getting paid for. Like all of us do while going to school and working sometimes even we get hurt, but we dont run away from our responsibilities nothing out of the oridinary.

Well now i know all y'all hatred for me will grow even more, but seriously i like to voice out my opinion very much.

I don't believe that anyone is undermining any of the KS members efforts and hard work. Some are merely acknowledging PD's sincerity and efforts towards the show inspite and despite being literally crippled (yes, I would define her state as physcially crippled) for a MONTH. And no she is not doing anything out of the "ordinary".

If its ok to crib so much about the use of body doubles, call PDs acting frozen, expressionless, confused, uninspired then why is it so wrong to commend her for her professionalism and appreciate her talent and hard work. And how is it undermining the contribution of other actors.

It is not as if she was trying to use her injury to garner sympathy. Infact I think no one knew how serious it was and how immobile she was till we saw her on Antakshari.

And of course there are ordinary people who get hurt and if they are not commended then they are not hounded also to the extent of even being photographed in the exam hall. So there are both sides to being a celebrity.

I am surprised you comapred RC's situation to a frcature, RC only came back because they threatened to fire her, see she is replaceable. The fright of loosing the only job that gave her recognition brought her back to work, not her sense of duty or her sense of doing what has to be done, therfore in my opinion no recognition is due. In addition RC was not in pain when she reported to work.

In short PD does not only do what she is paid to do, but goes over and beyond what is requred of her, as an employee of balaji. That is why she needs to be recignized and commeneded for her efforts.

PD is only 18, If I was in her position, I would've probably fussed over the fact that I have to take exams, go to shoot, and on top of it, have a fracture. PD has not fussed over any of it and is happily smiling and doing her work.

RC and RK are experienced actors, while PD is a newcomer, you can't compare them. And I think even though RC has been in the industry longer than PD, PD is much better actress in every sense.

You can't compare a cold and a fracture injury. 😕 And you can't compare RC's wedding to PD's injury. RC came back because she wanted to save her job. They could've replaced RC with someone else, they can't replace PD or RK. If the show is famous for any two people, its PD and RK. Not RC!

In agreement with both of you. PD's current injury situation is an entirely
different matter. And should not be compared to RK or RC's situation.
My prayers go to this young girl for a speedy recovery, bc a foot injury is
one of the hardest to heal. Our feet have some tiny bones. Her recovery
will take awhile. She'll need physical therapy for atleast a few months. At
this point they should just write her injury into the stryline. I would like
to commend this young actress for her attitude, dedication and work
ethic that she has currently displayed. I applaud her.

The story writers can write her injury into the stryline by showing on
Monday that the Pia character pushes Bani, Bani falls.
Next scene, Dr. says complete bedrest for Bani. So they can get JB(RK/PD)
in the same frame. And JW taking care of his pregnant wife.

I completely agree with a lot of the views expressed on this post...RK's cold cannot be comparted to PD's fracture and RC's return after marriage, well i guess she choice to come back b/c she wanted to keep her job in tact otherwise i'm sure she would've been replaced without too much trouble. Prachi is inexperiend 18 year old girl with so much dedication and charisma. I commend her for her hard work...she totally deserves it...this is for you Prachi 👏
