However in Saturday's episode, it seemed Salman Khan went all out to prove that he may not be biased for any person inside the house.
Salman Khan began the show by asking the inmates if they wanted Kushal to return to the house. When most of the contestants said that Kushal's return would mean anyone could break rules, threaten people and be back on the show, Salman made it clear that he did not want Kushal back on the show.
When Gauhar tried to argue that there were other people who were breaking rules and continued to be on the show, Salman moved on to the other inmates who have broken rules and been violent in their attitude.
When a viewer asked Armaan why he continued to be impolite towards inmates, especially Tanisha, despite apologising to them, Salman Khan found a cue. Khan told Armaan that his mis-behaviour with Tanisha was not appreciated. The Dabangg actor further told Tanisha that she should take a stand against Armaan's violent attitude.
Interestingly, Salman Khan emerged as a rather fair host after Saturday night's episode, after slamming Armaan and Tanisha for not being fair enough. In a quick speech, Salman said everyone in the house from Tanisha to Kamya has said wrongful things about other inmates.
In a subtle support to Gauhar, Salman Khan also slamed Andy and Tanisha for their act where they mocked Gauhar's fainting when Kushal was dismissed from the show.
