He also said that "acccording to me Tanisha - OUT, Armaan - OUT, Kushal - OUT" so if Tanisha is IN then why should Kushal be OUT ? The precedent was already set during Tanisha's incident that violence is allowed. So what is legal and illegal anymore ?

Totally agree. Arman has hit many people - how do you stick your finger in someone's mouth by accident n keep it there?!! N he pushed apu and he comes right close up when he argues that is aggression.
Someone faces up to me and is in my personal space natural reaction is to push or hit that person.
The funniest thing is the people talking about it were tanisha n armaan both who have used violence.
That's why I also hate Ellie - play it really sweet and can't forget comments that kamiya made in first week but she conveniently forgets everything Amran has said and done. Also her sitting there bigging arman up was despicable.
