Its not that Ajaz is shirtless. He comes out of the shower shirtless, pantless, and UNDERWEAR-less!
I've seen him on the live feed pulling his underwear up. And he puts his underwear on the area near the bench, not in the private shower area.
I think the issue is that he might accidently flash his private parts to other people in the house, and the cameras. So though I don't like Tanisha, she is justified to get angry about this, especially because he was told several times before not to do this.
