A big NO. It is not possible. Arnav was always awkward to intimacy with lavanya. In a convo in sheetal track too, Arnav told Khushi that he was not that type of a boy. He was obviously hinting that.

No he had no physical relation with lav ,he was not that kind of a guy as he himself said that to khushi...
