Watched the episode just now.

This picture for me shows a few things.

1 . Shlok basically making her less uncomfortable and bringing her close to him. I agree that it indicates union of two souls which Is more important before physical union and should be the first step. He said the same to Astha when he took out the tee shirt and told her not to be so ashamed as he is her husband.

2. Astha standing on Shlok's feet and he does not mind it, means he has given her all the rights as his wife. She can do what she wants even if she may go a little overboard.

I am still waiting for the day when the Cvs are going to show Astha saying "tum" Shlok and calling him by his first name. That shows equality . Remember Anjali calls NA sahib.
