Is Preethi actually pregnant?? Is her pregnancy confirmed?? N why is she geeting back pain often?? Is the problem related to abortion of her previous pregnancy???😕

Well , nothing is confirmed as of yet in case of Preeti's pregnency as reports did not come still. Maybe they are linking this to her previous past abortion which may create some rift between couple again or make preeti suffer from some problems in pregency .
There are highly many possibilities of this track though i wish that Preeti have good pregnency instead of painful.

I'm thinking she may not be pregnant and not be able to concieve in the future. If this is the case, then I hope they do a surrogate storyline. Because knowing Sameer's Father, don't think adoption will be an option. He would want someone who is blood to carry on the family legacy.
