I need help..plzzzz

I dont know why I am facing this prob from last few days.IF is behaving so weirdly with me.When I try to like a post or make comments it showing me access denied mes
The exact mes is

Sometimes it gets ok by itself and after few mins again the same prob.
Plz I need your help regarding this prob...I cant bear this prob yaar...😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Boss again IF behaves weirdly with u ...i think tht the prob gone but still continues...i really dnt know hw to hlp u..feel bad by me...sorry nw I can do only pray...

But after few days my problem solved on its own 😕
