Monday Updates
episode 531

Soundarya comes and ask permission from Tamil to go Chennai with Vaithi and Thangameenashi. Tamil first hesitates but finally agrees and says his too going to come. This shocks both mother and son 😛 as they lied to him about wedding. But Tamil insist his coming along as he will be bored here without anyone here nu. Soundarya thiru thiru wondering how to prevent him from coming. Tamil ask them all to sleep as tomorrow need to leave early nu and goes to sleep. Vaithi and mother wonders enna pannalam nu.

Next day morning, Tamil is all ready while Soundarya is worried inside cause there is not wedding and if Tamil knows they were lying, he will be angry. At the end both mother son decide to tell Tamil that the plan cancel as wedding cancel nu. They both come out to see him but same time Tamil gets a call where he needs to attend something and unable to join them. Both mother son happy ohh happy 😆

Soundarya and kids in temple. Soundarya calls her mother who says they are on their way. Vaithi is not happy being kept wait. Thangameenashi ask her mother why their family separated like this. What was the reason behind this nu. Soundarya says all faith nu. Soundraya shortaa says the main reason was Sutha wedding and blah blah and how VV died ...(flashback in few minutes given..)

Thangameenashi feels if father Tamil had given in a bit on that day during funeral .. things would not be as bad as this. Vaithi says no his father is right while Saro is wrong. TM ask her brother not to simply jump into conclusion. Everyone has their fault in this issue ... both their uncle Saro and father are good people but bad tempered.

Saradha calls and says waiting by the river outside nu and all three goes there to meet them. Vaithi is not so happy about it but TM drags his hand and takes him along.

TM sees Saradha and calls patti nu .. saradha burst out in tears. RS touches Vaithi and says this is enough for his rest of life ... his finally seen his grandchildren. Vaithi still seem little reserve though he smiles. RS says this is not Vaithi .. this is my vella vetti nu. Vaithi ask what is vella vetti and RS says that is how he address his best friend chellama. Saradha says TM looks like meenashi and RS gets so happy when she calls him tata nu. The entire reunion was cute.

Episode 532

Menashi sitting with her mother.. saradha comes searching for RS. Meenashi calls her and whispers to her mother she is going to kalaikufy her grandmother nu. Saradha comes near and meenashi vambufies her by calling her name Saradha .. 😆 Soundarya tries to stop her daughter but meenasi continues to vambufies her and ask if she had color her hair black 😆 Saradha denies it 😛 So cute comedy between meenashi and saradha.

Saradha tells Soundarya that Thangameenashi looks like meenashi. Soundarya says even Tamil said the same nu. Meenashi says she wanna see how her attai looks like nu and saradha says very simple go to www.youtube.com and type Saravana meenashi nu 😆

Vathi smoking secretly and RS catches him .. pavam he freaks out 😆 He tries to hide from RS but RS says he will not tell anyone as RS is Vaithi best friend nu 😉 RS then ask enna dressing idhu nu and Vaithi says this is how they dress up in village nu. RS says he should start dressing jeans shirt with brand 😛 RS ask if Vaithi is a youth or old man aa nu .. he thinks what to do .. he ask Vaithi to lie to Tamil and come to RS for 20 days. RS will totalla change Vaithi into real youth. VAithi tells RS he enjoys RS company and now he can say that RS is the best grandfather in the world and hugs him 😳

Soundarya RS and Saradha.. Soundarya in happy tears her kids has meet their grandparents nu. She then ask them when can she meet Saravanan? RS says Soundarya kids are good kids.. thats why they came to meet grandparents but Saravanan is very stubborn ... Saradha tells RS for him will be jujubi to bring Saravanan here nu .. RS says okay. Soundarya ask him to just bring Saravanan and rest she will take care nu 😉 RS says okay.

VAithi and meenashi comes. Saradha gives meenashi chain as present. RS tries to essu but Vaithi holds him and gets the ring from RS 🤣 Saradha starts crying when they about to leave.

( i really like rachitha acting here.. wished they had dinesh as saravanan 😛 ...)

Broker comes to the house and RS welcomes him. Broker says he brought happy news nu .. a very good proposal 😆 his very confident the proposal is very good one nu. RS gives him nicely for all proposal he brings is very bad 😆. RS manage to threaten him and get him to agree to bring saravanan to Sivam temple at 5 as his daughter wants to meet him. All broker has to do is take him there and the rest Soundarya will take care. Broker takes commission for this also 😆 and leaves.

Broker and Saravanan arrived at temple. Saravanan says his mother told RS to get him go temple adhan he came to temple nu. Broker ask him to go in first. Soundarya sitting inside waiting for him. Saravanan goes to aiyar and says vanakam his name is Sakthi Saravanan. Soundarya turns to him happily 😳

Sakthi Saravanan(SS) comes to temple and introduce him. Soundarya hears this and smiles. Priest takes him inside, followed by Soundarya , and does Archanai says it is good Sagunama as flower came. He puts the garlend on SS and tells him to go around temple 9 times and light lemon vilakku. Sakthi goes around and at a distance Soundarya goes around admiring him. (so cute when she looks at him).

He then sees her kind of following, asks her about temple and she says yes it is true if yo ugo around you will get married. He says I am ok since I need to get married but why you do. She tells I have kids of your age and going around for their sake.

Then he goes to light the lamp, has trouble and she helps. She tells I have a brother with the name Saravanan. SS puzzled and ask how do you know my name and she says I heard you tell to priest.

Then she gets Prsadam to him and both share and eat.

outside Vaithi accidentaly hits broker. They both start a fight, SS comes out tries to take bro away saying sorry. But vaithi doesn't let go and pulls both of their leg. SS says so far I was keeping quiet but can't be any more. Before fight happens a police guy coems and separates them.

Bro takes the bile SS sits on the bike and both SS and Vaithi stare at each other.

In tamil house, he informs Meenakshi he looks for an alliance for her if ok. She says if it is ok for yo uthen I am fine. But he asks her opinion and she cries tells my opinion I never want to leave this house, so I will never get married. Always you too kcare of my needs and as wel you decide in this matter. Tamil says ok let groom come and see then we can decide. Meenakshi agress,

SS, Sarada and RS go on yet another girl seeing place. In the car Bro tells this is military family.They are we =ll do to girl good but only one problem, they ask what? Bro says even if you do't like you can't say no to this girl as they are from military and wil start shooting. All 3 get scared,

Friday Brief

Starts with Sakthi Saro reading diary and the scene was where Saro and Meenakshi proposing Love to each other at the bus stop. sakthi wondering where her meenakshi.

They show Thanga Meenakshi playing kabadi with friends and beat them. In the bus some guys tease here but knowing she is Tamil daughter run away.

Show some happy scene between father daughter.

Soundarya brings both Meenaksh iand vaithi to temple and tells them she met with her parents and she wants them to meet too. Initially both hesitate but happily agree.

Episode

At the temple, priest prophesies that Shakthi will be married by next year. Shakthi and Sou very happy. At home, TM is crying that she will be separated from her dad aka Tamil if she gets married.

Azhagu (broker) warns RS & Co cannot refuse the girl since military family will shoot them. They reach the girl's home. RS & Saradha are damn scared. Girl's father and his elder brother discuss a detailed list of people they killed with their gun. Saradha starts crying. Girl gives coffee. Shakthi and the girl see each other and smile. Father introduces the girl; Name - Thenmozhi studying in college. Thenu's periyappa questions did you like the girl. Shakthi wants to talk to Thenu in private. RS & Saradha are scared. But Thenu's dad gladly agrees.

At the other end, TM ponnu parkara function. Tamil gets emotional seeing a beautifully decked TM and feels like he saw his sister Meenakshi. Groom party arrives. Mappu appa retired thasildhar. Mappu French beard kannadi pota MBA graduate working as a software engineer. Coffee served by TM. Mappu and TM look vittals. Mappu immediately agrees. TM looks at Tamil and on persistent questioning, she hesitantly nods in agreement.

Shakthi and Thenu private talks - Mutual introduction. Shakthi mokka pottufies and finally says lets understand each other first before proceeding to next step. Shakthi says I want a look-alike of my mom and you fit the bill. What are you stuying Thenu says 2nd year zoology. Shakthi says I will be more than happy to help you to continue your studies in Canada post marriage. Girl not very happy. Shakthi continues I am a cool guy and like to be independent. I don't like to get tensed and will not talk harshly. I like to keep my mind stable and like reading books. I have a huge library at home and often referred to as google by my friends. Peak winterla I occasionally drink and smoke. Only my dad know this matter. This is the only thing I have hidden from my mom. My history over ippo neenga sollunga.. Feel free. Thenu says I don't like you. 😆 Shakthi shocked. Thenu says I am not interested in this marriage.

At TM home, TM machan suggests engagement in karthigai masam and marriage in thai masam. Tamil wants it in holidays after TM exams. Mappu side says no issues in TM studying post marriage. Tamil says need time for arrangements. So engagement postponed to thai masam. Tmai asksk mappu side expectations. Mappu appa says only daughter do your level best. Tmail machan says please be specific. mappu appa and amma list - latest model car, grand marriage and all expenses to borne by Tamil, minimum 100 sovereigns gold, grand seer, 10 lakh worth bank deposit. Tamil says done. Mappu appa says don't mistake us for asking such a big list, matter enna na mappu going to America in 6 months. So your daughter is going to enjoy a luxurious life there. Tamil is upset on hearing the word America. Mappu appa says their children will be American citizen. Tamil gets up and angrily says All of you walks out I am not interested in this proposal. He screams I cannot give you the reason. Walk out. Mappu appa says think over again this is America Mappillai. Tamil throws the thambulam plate and yells Amercia Vendam. Get out. Mappu appa says Tamil you have insulted me a lot. Will see you one hand. Tamil says poda and walks off in another direction. Mappu family walks off and Sou runs behind Tamil. TM stands worried.

Episode 535

Sakthi Saravanana hears what Then mozhi has to say she tells she is in love with her cousin Mama payyan Kadiresan. They said he is my groom early on but since 5 years back there are soem family problems. So they decided not to marry me to him. If I have to marry some one then I will only commit suicide.

RS comes there and hears this. Sarada hears the story as well.

SS tells he is going to talk and calls the girls father and tells him what Then said and tells him it is not her mistake but only theirs as they brought her up with that thought.

The dad gets mad and tells them they cannot go any where and the engagement in the evening. Sarada, RS and SS wait nothing to do. Scolding the broker.

Soundarya talks to Tamil asks him why he behaved like that. He says no idea why I did. I was scared that my daughter will go away too so few seconds I was out of mind. She asks what TM did wrong., She was just studying and we pulled her into this. Did you think about her. Tamil tells let me talk to her.

In Then house - dad comes back and asks all ready for engagement? They are speechless. Then he calls Mapple and kadir comes and machan comes too, he says after you talked I decided to marry off my daughter to her mama himself. All happy celebrate engagement.

Episode 536

Tamil comes to see Thangameenashi and says sorry. Meenashi ask edhuku sorry laam nu. Father says she was happy with her college and stuffs and he drag this wedding issue on her and made her upset. Meenashi tells her father actually she did not like the mapillai. Tamil refuse to believe her but Meenashi says nijamavae she did not like him and wanted to tell him after the family left. But her father had cancel it and she is happy. Another thing she is happy to know her father cannot live without her if she goes away. She knows her father name her after his sister cause he miss her so much after she left India. That is why he could not take it when mapillai said will take her away nu. Tamil is so touched. Meenashi promises her father she will never think of a life far away from father especially out of India. She promises him she will always be near to him nu. Tamil happy to hear and feels peace. Meenashi says she is only upset about one thing .. father coming and saying sorry to her. Tamil says he will not and both father daughter smiles.

Saradha comes and tells RS that Saravanan is so down in the room nu. Both RS and Saradha goes in and sees him sleeping. They wake up him and his really grumpy. He ask them to leave him alone. Saradha starts her cries that her grandson is very upset. Saravanan tells Saradha that his already upset and he does not want her to make him more upset. RS ask enna achu nu. Saravanan ask if he don't know what happen? RS says Saravanan did a good thing by getting that girl married to the love of her life. Saravanan says yes but he feels like cheated. He ask them to stop the ponnu pakaraning matter for few days. RS ask why he came to India? He needs to see a ponnu within the visa period. Looks like Saravanan will not find the right girl if he keeps on hanging with that short broker 😆 Saradha says true.. maybe he should change his tactics.

RS says there is another proposal but saravanan refuses. Somehow RS manage to convince Saravanan by saying this will be the last one. If does not work out, Saravanan can take a break. He agrees.

Meenashi wanna go college but her anna put so many bittu and pasam malar drama to drop her off. Not cause he loves her but to sight adikuran the girls there 🤣 Once arrive at college, meenashi friends all greets him but not her 🤣 Meenashi chases him away. Meenashi friends talks how handsome her brother is 😛

Meenashi is bored so she decides to call RS and Saradha. RS busy so Saravanan answers. Meenashi thinks RS change voice and talking like a young boy so she mokka podufying thinking is RS nu 😆 while saravanan is confused who this girl is nu. After a while she accuses him as servant 🤣 pavam saravanan semma confused and Meenashi talks to him addressing him as machi machi nu 🤣 Saravanan says omg and meenashi asking who is your god 😆 Saravanan gets tensed and cuts the call. Meenashi wonders why the call is cut and checks the number.

Meenashi calls back and says she dial the correct number and she wish to talk to her tata nu. Saravanan confused and says hello this is my tata number nu. Meenashi shock and her mind voice ohh avana ivan 🤣 she thinks awhile whether to talk or not .. while on other side Saravanan keeps asking hello hello .. Saravanan says he likes the way she talked and her courage .. he also calls her machi and says bye machi nu and meenashi laughs and says bye ..

She thinks to herself that his not as arrogant as she thought he would have been 😳 Saravanan smiles thinking about the caller.

Episode 537

Trio if saravanan kumbal comes for ponnu pakaraning .. Family of ponnu seem sweet, both father and ponnu's akka.. Father says he came that saravanan looking for a ponnu like his mother thus shows what a nice guy he is nu. Ponnu father says his daughter lost her mother and he made a great effort to make sure his daughter did not miss her mother nu. Saravanan promises to take good care of her if she becomes his wife.

Ponnu brings coffee. She looks beautiful and seem like Saravanan likes her too. (This girl is shakshi in tendral 😆 ) Father ask saravanan if he wants to have a word with ponnu taniya nu. Saravanan gets RS permission and goes off to talk to her.

Both goes up and saravanan suddena thought of something and ask if she is in love with anyone. She says no. He says sorry for asking like this and tells her about the last ponnu and her love issue 😛 This girl says she does not have any love nu. Saravanan says sorry for this 😆 He then ask why she choose travel and tours field and adhuku she gives explanations how she loves india tradition and ways. Saravanan tells few things about himself as he wants her to be aware on who is he .. he says he smoke and drinks. She replies its okay as long he leaves after marriage. Saravanan ask if she likes him .. she replies asking him to go and thank the girl who rejected him last week. Saravanan confuse and ask why.. she smiles and ask him to think and goes down .. Saravanan understand that she has agreed 😆

Both RS and Saradha in mokka madhi duet padufying 😆 mathi mathi singing love songs re 😛. Suddenly comes Saravanan singing Vennilavae Vennilavae 😛 He comes and ask them enna orei romance mood nu and kalaichufy both RS and saradha 😛 Saradha ask saravanan did he get phone number from that ponnu? He should be romancing that ponnu at this time not sitting here with them 😆 Saravanan smiles hearing both RS Saradha encouraging him to start his love with sms text and phone call lolz.

Saravanan comes down and wonders how now to get the girl phone number and start his romance. Outside he sees katta broker crying .. cause saravanan went and said okay to a ponnu without him 😆 he cries his income gone nu 😛 Saravanan ask why his talking like this. From the beginning he already said he calls him bro not for broker but as a good friend. He gives cash to broker as a friend. Both then decides to tanni adichufy. Saravanan promises tomorrow he will give tanni party nu and both starts dancing for some 80's song 🤣

Next day both goes to a club. Broker from vesthi into jeans 😆 They start drinking and broker tanni lae goes to the middle stage and ask to stop the song.. One girl calls him kutty paiya and ask him to leave appa amma will be searching nu 🤣 He says his not kutty paiya and ask to start music.. semma attam he gives. Saravanan impressed and cheers for him 😆 After the dance one girl kiss him 😲😆

Next scene broker holding his leg thanking him. Suddenly Saravanan sees Viji - the ponnu he said okay too. She is so modern and dancing with some guys. Saravanan gets shock. He goes and stops her. She shock to see him. He remembers how she talk and said she respect and likes their tradition nu. Saravanan stares at her.

Starts with Sakthi Saravanaqn meeting the girl Viji. they meet outside and she is in tears. SS gives left and right saying you talked about Indian tradition etc but you are behaving like that. I have told everything about myself. Why didn't you tell me about yourself? I coul have married a girl from Canada. She would have cooly said goign to bub. All over between us when you lied. Does your father know this? She says no he will die if he hears. He scolds her further and he asks her to say some thing and stop the wedding. She hesitates and he says you can come here but cannot talk to you dad, go talk and stop the wedding and leave.

RS and Sarada call Soundarya. they talk and Sarada tells Soundarya that a girl might be set for SS. Soundarya says some one came seeing for Meenakshi. They liked each other. But knowing he is going to go to US, Tamil got mad and chased them away. he was worried he wil lose his daughter too like sister.

She says how come you never ask for Meenakshi for SS. Sarada says I want to but scared of Tamil see even now he is mad then how ill it work out. Soundarya says may be they can unite the family. Sarada happy tells wil ltalk to RS.

Next RS and Sarada see Saro. He seems down. Thesy ask what wrong. SS says this girl also oothikichu. He feels bad and calls himself a loser. He says finish up things in India and we can retun to anada soon. RS and Sarada tries to console him.

At night ov r Tanni (RS forces SS to drink) RS tells you have to go and see Meenakshi my pethi. We have seen her and we think she will be the right pair for ou. SS angry saying my dad will not like it. RS says no pressure but you have to unite the famliy. Go see her. sS thinking

Sakthi packing his bag and heading downstairs when Sharadha stops him and cries... And tells him not to go back to Canada 😆Arunachalam also arrives there and asks why Patti is crying. Sakthi tells Patti not to worry...saying he's not going back to Canada but to Kallidaikurichi 😳 And to see his athai and athai ponnu Thanga Meenakshi 😃 Sharadha is happy but Arunachalam warns him about Tamizh and his hatred against Saravanan's family. He says Sakthi might face danger due to Tamizh... 😕 Poravane thaduthiduvaan pola... 😆

But Sharadha says Sakthi is Meenakshi's son and Tamizh won't harm him... Arunachalam still warns him to be careful saying Tamizh is from the village and short-tempered who will do anything in anger and leaves. Sakthi hugs Sharadha who cries...😭😳 She wishes him a teary farewell...

Both Sakthi and broker in the car heading towards Kallidaikurichi... On the radio Sakthi listens to some romantic song and smiling... 🤣 Brokerukko ithu thangala...Romba overnu ninaichu he switches the song to sad song warning Sakthi 🤣 🤣 Sakthi immediately is angry and pulls a long face and stays silent. 😆

Broker asks what's wrong and Sakthi says what do you expect...He says he is listening to romantic song and thinking about his dream girl 😆 But broker interrupted him like this... Broker skeptical about this...saying how can he think like this. He says athai ponnu mama paiyan weddings are old fashioned and how can he think of his athai ponnu as a dream girl?

Sakthi replies RS said that his athai ponnu is his dream girl ... And they continue the ride 😊 Broker says that family has been separated for 25 years how are they going to accept Sakthi back? Sakthi says Konjam Kashtam Thaan...but it's possible 😳

Finally they reach Kallidaikurichi...they stop at a coffee shop and order drinks. Sakthi is eager to know about his athai ponnu and says Excuse me... to the shop owner. Broker stops him saying that he can't talk like that if not the shop owner will think he is swearing at him... 😆 Broker calls shop owner annae and starts to enquire...

Suddenly they see one fierce looking guy beating two others violently and angrily. Adhu veru yaarum Illai... Namma Tamizh Thaan!!! 😲 Pochu da...

Sakthi gets angry with his behaviour and wants to intervene but broker warns him to stay out of this. He enquires to the shop owner on who that guy is... The shop owner says quietly that it is Tamizh. Both Sakthi and broker shocked. 😕

They both leave and go to another place... Sakthi semma tension but broker continues his comedy and tells Sakthi to leave his athai ponnu and he will find a better girl for him 😆 Sakthi asks him to keep quiet and calls RS.

RS picks up the phone and says he was waiting for Sakthi's call 😃 He asks what's going on. Sakthi says he is leaving Kallidaikurichi...RS asks why and Sakthi tells about Tamizh's incident and says how could he be born into my mother's family. RS says Meenakshi is silent type like Vella Vetti 😊 And says he is surprised that his Mappilai is still strong and picking up fights... 😆

Sakthi asks what is there to be proud of and says what Saravanan told him about Tamizh was right. He asks if Tamizh is like this, how will his athai ponnu be like? RS says TM is like his mother Meenatchi but Sakthi cannot believe this...RS convinces him that his wedding with TM will reunite both families but Sakthi thinks otherwise.

RS asks him to think about Soundarya waiting for him. Sakthi says he doesn't need to meet her but RS says he already did in the temple last week during pooja. 😊Sakthi thinks for a while but says he doesn't need to see her again.

He says he is returning to Chennai 😭and hangs up the phone and thinks for a while. RS says somehow that Sakthi will make the right decision.

Broker asks what is his decision - going back to Chennai?

Sakthi hesitates but then confirms saying no, he is going to Kallidaikurichi to meet his athai ponnu Meenatchi! 👏⭐️ Broker shocked and both travel on...
