They should instantly perform the nikaah ritual...even if someone tries to stop the post Nikaah functions i.e: a proper wedding they would still remain married...😆

Before that ZOYAAN Nikah should be proved invalid. I don't want them to end ZOYAAN Nikah in divorce because it was not valid in the first place due to incorrect last name of Zoya, that's the only way to cleanly close the ZOYAAN track and prevent it from raising its ugly head again down the line.
