PART 16: Arnav In Saree
It was 6 in the evening. Daksh went to his office not wanting to stay with that Raizada.
Here Arnav was pacing the length of the Lawn. He was not allowed to see his Kuku's Mehndi.
"WHAT THE"
He called Aman.
"Aman, Ladies ke Function mein jane ke liye kya karna padega(What should we do to get into a ladies Function)?" Arnav asked.
Aman bichara who was having his Evening tea, spit out when he heard his Angry boss ask such question.
"What?" was the only thing he could manage between his choke.
"What what? I asked you something" Arnav was getting restless.
"Good now does he think I am some helpline" Was Aman's Thoughts.
"ASR, Ladies ke function mein Ladies hi jate hain na(Only Ladies can attend such functions na)?"
"I know that dammit. But I.. One minute. Aman what did you say?" Arnav asked as his mind clicked something.
"Only ladies attend such functions." Aman said scratching his head.
"Wow Aman. You are so intelligent. You got me a perfect idea" Arnav said and cut the call leaving Aman, who was hell shocked and confused to the core.
"What is happening?" Aman was pulling his hair.
"I knew that one day this will happen." Came a cute girl voice.
"What?"
"That my husband will go mad being with ASR. See, You are already pulling ur hair like a mad man" That girl laughed.
"Lavanya, You better take that compliment back. Already I am confused with ASR's behavior nowadays." Aman said.
"Ahan, nowadays nahi, rite from beginning he is the unpredictable. Now stop thinking about him n enjoy the evening with your wife Mr. Mathur" Lavanya said caressing his jawline.
Here Arnav climbed the pipe and entered Khushi's room through balcony French window. He opened her closet and checked if he can find any saree. But all were western outfits and salwar suits.
"Urhh. Now where will I get a saree?" Just then his eyes caught a beautiful green color chiffon saree.
"Ahhh, this green. She never leaves green. Kuku ki Kuku hi rahegi" Arnav smiled to himself and wrapped the saree around him completely.
His profession helped him to drape the saree. He went down and sat near some aunty there who was putting mehndi. And started observing Khushi.
"Beta, who are you? I have never seen you here before? Why have you covered your face like that?" that aunty asked touching Arnav's shoulders.
"OH no. Now what will I do? I cant even mimic a girl. Damn you Aman. What an idea. You will be fired once I get out of this lady" Arnav thought gritting his teeth.
"Mrs. Shah. She is our relative. Well she has skin allergy so she always covers her face" came Akshita for his rescue.
"Ufff.. Chithi ki jai ho. Bacha liya(Saved)" Arnav thought breathing in relief.
"Annu, Will you please come with me" Akshita called him giving him cold glares.
"Uh oh. Today is not my day" Arnav thought. He nodded and got up from his place.
He followed Akshita to the kitchen as soon as they entered kitchen Akshita caught his ears.
"Aww. Ouch. Ouch. Chithi. Leave my ears. Its paining." Arnav gave his best act to escape her hold.
"Badmaash nautanki. Arnav, What is all this?" Akshita asked placing her hands on her hips.
"Huh. Chithi, Woh.." Arnav stammered.
"Unbelievable. CEO of such big empire AR is doing all these non sense" Akshita shook her head in disbelief.
"Come on chithi. Kuku challenged me that I cannot see her mehndi. How can I leave it. Maana prachanai Chithi(Its my prestige issue)" Arnav said holding his chin high.
"Hahaha. The ASR roaming around in saree. Really. This was your idea? What if anyone sees you like this and recognize u? Appo enga pogum un Maanam(Then where will your prestige go)?" Akshita asked.
"Aman only gave me this idea." Arnav pouted.
"Arnav?"
"Ok chithi. Now how ll I win the challenge?" Arnav surrended.
"Wait, someone is coming." Akshita said and went out.
Here Arnav was getting restless. He had to see his Kuku now.

Akshita came after sometime.
"Chithi tell me na" Arnav asked impatiently.
"Aww. That's ur prob. Now Sangeet is going to start. Let me make the arrangements. Move out." Akshita gave him a hint as she went and cross checked the arrangements and Khushi in this time.
"Wow Chithi. You are the best. Vese Where is that Devdas Aran?" Arnav asked.
Akshita's happy face fell. How can she say him that her son, was sitting in terrace and drinking continuously.
Arnav understood.
"Chithi, I will make my arrangements. You get me one more barfi" Arnav asked changing the topic.
Akshita smiled through tears and fed him a barfi.
"Ok chithi bye." Arnav ran out the kitchen, off course after removing the saree and handing it to Akshita.
Khushi was trying to concentrate on her vision when the lights when off.
Khushi loked here and there and suddenly there was a sopt light under which she saw Arnav standing looking handsome in his black indo western suit.
And music started.

Khushi got scared listening this. But that time she got a vision of a Girl and boy dancing. Now that boys face was more clear. She lost herself in that vision that she also started dancing with Mehndi in her hands.
