Big changes are being made by the creatives of Balika Vadhu (Colors).
We have learnt that actress Sriti Jha aka Ganga has decided to move out of the above show. Yes, she is out of the project, much to the disappointment of her fans. Media reported that Sriti was not happy with the way her character was shaping up and was creatively unsatisfied. Hence she took this decision.
"She wants to further spread her wings and challenge herself as an actor," said a source.
Hence, with Sriti bidding adieu, Sargun Mehta has been signed on by the makers (Sphere Origins) to play the part of Ganga henceforth.
Said an elated Sargun: "Yes, I am very happy. This is one show I have always wanted to be a part of. It is a respectable show which I have followed since my college days. I never thought I would get offered such a role as Ganga is very docile and homely and I am very chirpy and outgoing in real life. I am excited about my stint inBalika Vadhu."
Sargun has started shooting for the show.
