The text which should be on your signature is - ''Pyar Ka Dard Hai Signature Contest'' . This should be anywhere written clearly on your signature entries.

Other one says that participants can add any other optional Texts or Lines or Phrases in their respective entries & it is Optional. It is not necessary to add it, its completely Participant's choice of keeping it or not.

Having said that, Text ''Pyar Ka Dard Hai Signature Contest'' should be present on ALL of your entries anywhere. I hope that your confusion is solved now sonia.
