(Well...the question is not of the choice here...MT...the same way a man is also pressurised into getting married again...I mean not just Rano...but Ranveer also is feeling the heat here....first Abhilasha and now Rano...does a man not have a choice how to live his life? )

Have to agree with Manish here. I think Ms. De Beers is making a royal pest of herself, trying to get a completely reluctant Ranveer and Rano getting married (to whomsoever it maybe).

The only reason two people should marry each other is because they love each other and want to spend their life with each other not becuase of some kid or cos they have lost their spouse.

And finally if either or both want to spend their life alone, it should be their own choice, no?

(The question is also in the society we live...however modern we get...if a
man or a woman...do not get married or are divorced for some
reason...then there is something wrong with them...I am the biggest case
in point...I am divorced...but my parents tell me I should remarry...I ask
them why?

So my mother told me this...maybe you do not feel the need for a partner
now..because you are young and have friends around you...you are
working and enjoying life meeting new people...but she said...20 years
down the lane...when you retire...and have know one around you...then
what?

The loneliness alone will kill you....you would need companionship...and
then you will think back and hope you had someone to share your life
with now...the same goes for both Ranveer and Rano...!!!!! )

You have put the societal/cultural dillema (sp error)in a simple format.
This is exactly the attitude faced today regarding the single vs the need
of marriage or companionship--to avert loneliness. This is a viewpoint of
the majority in our culture.

Rani she was looking thinner, before her injury, but last week she looked fine.



Archie maybe its the combination of binging during exams and not being able to walk due to her cast.
