Actress Ashwini Kalsekar is planning to make a comeback to the show she had reportedly left in a huff from, earlier

Back in action: Ashwini Kalsekar

Ashwini Kalsekar aka Adira of Jeete Hain Jiske Liye is all set to make a comeback on CID. If the buzz is to be believed, the actress will be back in the show within a month. This time, Ashwini will be seen as a senior cop in the serial.

Ashwini says, "Yes, we have been talking about it; but nothing has been finalised yet. The producer wants me back in the show and I also want to work in CID again. The excitement is mutual. I just had a meeting with the production house and hopefully I will start shooting for the show soon."

Ashwini adds, "There are only 30 days in a month and I am already doing two dailies simultaneously (Jeete Hain… and the forthcoming Virruddh). I have given all my dates to both the shows and CID needs a lot of attention too. So, I'll try to reschedule my dates before I can actually start shooting for CID. And obviously I need some time for that."

Reportedly, Ashwini had left CID after she had a tiff with the production house. To this, she says, "Those were rumours. I never had any problem with the production house. Being an actress, I just wanted to explore better avenues at that point of time and went ahead to do shows like K Street Pali Hill and Kasamh Se. Now, I'm excited about coming back on the show."
