I have ranted a lot about Jodha's chuduaili and inconsistent characterization to CVs. Today, I want to thank them for giving so many other consistent characters who put us in awe. I want include Jalal today as most of my reviews do it anyways. Many people in the forum find it hard that a lady like Hamida could exist. This opinion floated in the forum specially after the tiger incident when she worries about Jodha's life. In real life we come across such saints so rarely that I guess when something like this is shown we only look in doubt. We came up with the logic that she is trying to protect her future that she sees in Jodha. I believe she is a genuinely sweet lady with pure heart and soul. Today, she again stands up for the injustice happening to Sukanya over the insults that Jalal had to take. Unlike MA, she looks at the matter with much more deeper insight and understands that if Sukanya's wedding breaks to most extent the blame will come on Jalal. He found the groom and got his entire family to attend the wedding. He and his people get insulted by the groom's father, MA takes this as a perfect opportunity to leave Amer. It's only Hamida who understands that Jalal needs to finish what he started as he is no ordinary person but a Shenshah. For a moment, he needs to put his ego aside and get to the depth of the matter. She insists that forts can be captured again, but a broken relationship cannot be restored easily. On the other hand MA is all about superficial things like pride, ego, power and does not give a damn about sentiments like feeling for other people's loss or pain. In order to preserve the ego and pride, MA would go to any extent. How true are MA and hamida to their character, applaud for CVs!
Jodha is all about supporting the truth, satya ka saath do! Alas, she realizes that sometimes one cannot stand with truth when it brings hurt to another person. Bakshi bano has always been shown as a meek door mat. How contrasting is she to Jodha who would not take any crap from anyone - be it Shenshah or her family for that matter. In future I hope BB gets some insight on self-respect by watching her bhabhijaan Jodha. She is after all sister of the Shenshah, wonder why such low self-esteem. Jodha is completely helpless as she realizes she can either save Sukanya or BB and she chooses BB, bravo!
Jodha is like totally taken a new avtaar after Wednesday chudaili behavior. She has decided to be called the apsara of Jalal's story, good call Jodha! She starts of by calling 'Pranam Shenshah', I almost fell of my chair! I was surprised Jalal had no reaction. How long have we waited that Jodha atleast greets Shenshah decently. Jalal, I tell you that your story has done some jadu on Jodha. Please make more stories about Jodha, may be they will show her the mirror that her family never did. She then patiently tells Shenshah why she feels Sharifuddin is lying and walks away without any grudges or mean comments on Jalal when he does not budge. Again, I am shocked! Try shocking me more Jodha, I am loving it! Just, please don't make an about turn and shock me in completely different way next week. I strongly feel that Jalal will start thinking about this whole matter in a different way. He knows that Jodha never lies and her trying to bring BB (although did not bring any immediate results) for evidence will only make him rethink. He is a man who learns from his past mistake and will connect this situation to where Jodha had Rahim as the witness. He is a bit helpless in this situation as it is Amer. But, I feel Jodha's talk will make him think of a different way of saving this wedding.
Sukanya seems to be way more wiser than any of the other ladies in Amer! I was recollecting the old Sukanya who fought with Jodha for everything, including Suryabhan. How wonderfully has this lady matured and taken a new avtaar. How right is she about not breaking old relationships for the sake of new one. She urges her sister to promise about not fighting with Jalal for the sake of her wedding. Jodha who is at a complete loss also understands that Jalal is not responsible for all this. Her little sister gives her sister another deep insight that I had pointed in my last review. Jodha should realize that everyone around Jalal are bunch of meanies who also hate her. If Jodha alienates Jalal, then she is going to be even more vulnerable to all the vultures surrounding Jalal. Applaud to CVs for the wise little sister character who forgets her pain and thinks about her big sister!
Precap: A huge slap on Sharifuddin and Adham's face! The two Geedads had decided to create a galat faimi between Akdha. I would love an extra ZOOM camera on their faces after Jodha states that she is with her PATI! Jalal is shocked, this will convince him even more that something does not seem right and that he needs to stay back and find a middle way out!
