Ekta's authentic 40yr old man

Now that JW has been shown exercising, does this mean that Ekta has given RK permission to go back to his normal weight? I sincerly hope so for Ram's sake. 👍🏼

Asking him to put on weight for a short time if making a movie is fine but not for a long running serial. 😡 And her reason - she wanted an 'authentic' 40yr old man - that's so pathetic when nothing else in her serials is authentic! 🤢
As an employer that was the most irresponsible request she made with no thought for any future medical consequences of being overweight especially as it happens in his case, when you are also a smoker.

I don't know what sort of people she associates with but they definately do not appear to be normal if she gets her ideas of what is 'normal' from them! 😕

Well first of all, are you sure Ekta has asked RK to put on weight?

RK has said himself, that he cant go to the gym lately as he is shooting. Just one question, RK is maybe just a tad bit chubby, but why are you guys against this, and why the heck are you blaming Ekta for everything 😡

Cant you guys be happy with the way RK looks, I mean yes he needs to work out a bit, but common stop getting on everyones heads for this!😕

And I am not complaining about the fact that he is overweight. He can be as plump as he likes so far as that is what HE wants ... He should not be doing it because of someone's twisted idea of what makes up an authentic 40yr old man.. 😉

Being overweight is a risk to one's health (cholesterol, high BP, diabetes, etc., etc.), thereby affecting not only his/her own life but also his family's and dependents' well being. I am glad Ram Kapoor is taking his health seriously and working on reducing. It doesn't take much effort to gain weight (become obese) but requires a lot of discipline in order to reduce, especially if one is above 30. If EK hasn't asked RK to put on, it is good, but if she has, she needs to be alerted to the health risk she may be putting her actors to. Let's hope that it is not the case. All said and done, it is one's own responsibility to take care of one's health. Camera tricks can make one look chubby too - anything is possible with today's technology - there is no need to put on weight just for a role.
