why remix is close to our hearts

hey guys... on sunday, i was jus thinkin why im so happy seein the repeats again and that led me to think a lot... i was lying on my bed and reasoning with myself as to what made me so passionate about remix

as i went on thinkin, my heart slowly gave answers to all the questions my mind asked.... and the answers somehow made me real happy, so i decided to jus pen it down nd post it here... i know all u guys hav probably already thought about it and think that theres nothing new in what im writing here, but still, jus wanted to share these thoughts...

remix has definite characters.. each and every character is beautifully made and has defined habits, lingo, dressing sense... from the main characters to the small ones.... for example:

tia - short dresses or sometimes a top and a miniskrt... nuthin ever ends even a few inches above her knees... always higher than that 😉 and tia ahuja does not believe in jeans

ashi - sleeveless shirts and capris, funky accessories, shades etc

yuvi - cool t shirts n jeans, usually full sleeved or sleeveless, a wristband

ranveer - printed shirts, wristband, his datas neckpiece

and the rest are all typical man.. i cud spend days writing about their dressing sense, but i checked myself... hello this is not even the point !!

so as i was saying, every character is so well defined and all... if u see anytihng u might think urself... "shez so much like tia" or maybe "hey, yuvi would love such a car" or "this is so much like our ashi!" or even "wow this guy reminds me of ranveeer 😊" etc so we like feel as if we know them!

second point.... which is like the most common... remix is US! its like we share the same problems... friends, parents, school, teachers, guyz, girls etc etc.... we come home from school or college.. were thinkin either about a fight with a friend or that very irritating teacher... hey its time for remix.. we switch on the tv... and all that was going on in our mind... "hey! its on tv! shes talkin jus about what i was thinkin! wow cool!!!" so its like that right... OUR point of view.... OUR feelings...... someone to share them with.. isn't it like that?

thirdly.... all that combines... we know the characters and we watch them... we cry when tia and ranveer hav a misunderstanding... we laugh when ashi cracks her timbo or heman jokes.... we feel angry when jumbo does injustice to ashi or someone else.. we feel a sense of pride when ashi wins her protests against the millions of stuff shes protested again.... we feel a spirit when remix band performs.... dont we all feel along with them? when tia and ranveer hug, wen yuvi looks into ashi's eyes.... dont we get the same fluttering feeling as we do when we experience that 😳 ??

so i guess we kinda feel that we know them..... a sense of belonging... as in frnds.... we feel like they have become personally close to us... we have shared thier happiness and sorrow..... isnt it jus that?

well guys i was jus thinkin about all this and i felt like posting it... please reply.... i would really feel grateful... its like ive opened my heart out i9nfront of you all.... 😳

Thats a very lovely post prachi.....really reflects very well why we love the show so much.....I mean its not just the 4some but even ppl like Raghav Sir.....or a kid like Leo who taught us so much....n we could so completely identify with them...n we look upon them 😳

Its the only show that touched my heart till date.....esp Season1....I can watch even its millionth re run without being bored 😳

no one gets bored when it comes to remix...has given and shown all the colours of life whether dark or bright,black or white,sad or happy,love or friendship,etc... 😊 love remix alotttttttttttt 😳

REMIX.....i watched dis show for the first time on the insistence of my sister.....and den unkwningly i got addicted to it....i did not even realize wen i started loving it so much daat life realy seemed impossible widout it....well for me REMIX always had one meaning....and daat was ASHI.....smetimes sme people potray fiction wid such ardent passion and zeal dat d line between fiction and reality is merged....for me ASHI was a living carechter.....u knw wen she faught for a cause i myself felt wid in me d same fire d same urge to do smethng to hav a name of my own...i grew wid ashi wid each and every mistake of hers....she taught me to laugh even if u r amidst d biggest problem in d world and deres no visible escape....she taught me to just be what u want to be widout caring of the millions and zillions of people around u....she taught me daat beauty and perfection are not the only thng which matters....waat realy matters is the right kind of attitude..if u hav it in u nobody can stop u frm being d king of the world....today i am doing my mba frm a very prestigious institute and i dedicate dis degree wholelly and solely to her.....had she not cme into my life i wld never hav gotten daat motivating inspiring force which made me to work hard which made me believe in myself and my capabilities....she has given me the strength of confidence and one who has dis is perhaps d most wealthiest man on earth.....even today wen i am sad or depressed or tensed all i do is just see a nice ashi video and i dnt knw hw bt my tention just evaporates in thin air....and ot only dis she in so many ways has amde me a better huma being....i mean i learnt frm her daat frndship is perhaps d purest form of relationship one share wid d other and if need be forgo ur everythng for ur frnds sake....just coz of sonya and ashis relationship i acknowledged and realized d worth of my mum in my life to which i was so very oblivious since d past 21 years....and love....well she changed d meanings of love for me....not only did she and uv both showed me an alltogether new and aboslutely real defination of love but very importently ashi made me love myself....she made me love me just d way i am....and she taught me to be content wid watever i hav....u knw in our greed and hunger for more and more w often forget d beauties which we already possess....and dis i learnt fmr her daat a moment nt lived fully is a moment lost forever....i guess in a gist shes realy given me d true meaning of life....and has gien me bhagu too...i knw after ashi my faith and belief in him has strengthened even more...and in times of adversity wen u r all alone and u close ur eyes and prey u realy get d peace of the world.....eventoday wen i am in difficulty i feel ashi smewhere smhow is encouraging me to fight for myself and get out and emerge as a winner....i dont hesistate to say it in ne which manner daat i am what i am just and just coz of dis carechter...for me shes a reality and will always be...perhaps d only inspiration which changed my life just and just for d better....i simply adoore her and am indebtted to her for every single thng she has given me..... 🤗 love u loads ashi...thanx for cming back in my life....i knw i am and i will realy do wel in my cming exams...thaank you...

very nicely put prachi 👏 👏 ...this is why we are so attached to this serial that even after so many months since it has ended we still can't let it go...

that is wat amazing abt Remix that each character has its own identity..they are not just buddies or side-kicks to the lead characters but each one of them have their own story to tell...

forget abt cliche relationships like parent-child or best buds..in remix u have various relationships which cannot be named like Sonia and tia's friendship or Ashi and Leo's affection for each other..Sumeet's faith in Ranveer or Yuvi's trust in Raghav Sir..

Also ofcourse the various kinds of love stories we had...from the matured one to the practical one to the magical one..err to the funny one(last one would be Vrinda-Aman's ...mainly coz of the height difference)..whichever appeals to u.....

But wat really keeps me glued to Remix is its music..and the magic the 4sum create when they perform...

Seriously luvly post prachi😳👏 I soooooo agree with you... Remix is what potrays us...the characteristics of those characters is been shared with us! We share each and every feeling they feel... I mean i blush sooo much when yuvi proposes to ashi or says i luv you or sumthing... I cry when ashi cries or yuvi is upset😭 I mean i feel them... and i agree, whenever you see sumthing, we see them as one of the remix characters... everytime, even if i see one of their (my classmates or sum1 i meet) characteristics matching to remix character... I decide tht this character is soooooo much like ashi😳😆 or soooo much like tia😳😆 I completely agree with you...remix is the only indian show that is kind of REAL!! that potrays us😳 and this is what makes us like remix... it's sooooo real and it is definatly related to us... it even taught us many things... now if i do any thing wrong... i think like would ashi do like that? would yuvi ever do like that? would tia or ranveer ever do like that? but i usually think of ashi as she is my idol... but am sure each and every of us do this... Remix has taught us to fight for ourself and live life to your fullest... this is the only show i am addicted to... really nice post prachi👏

seriously prachi !!! i totally agree wid wateva u said remix shows wat really happens wid us . me too has a lot frm remis n specially frm ashi - how to deal wid situations etc

u guys hav just said it all.....nuthing left 4 me to say.....

i only wud like to mention here tht at my home nobody approved of remix initially.....i hav had many fites n real tuff time convincing my parents wat remix meant to me......

bt i jus dont regret ne of those fites n tht rebellion against them to never ever giv up on remix......coz i knew it even then n i know it even now.....tht more than my own college maurya was important.....

everything i've learnt from this show is goin to stay wid me 4 life.....no 1 particular character or relationship i can pinpoint.....coz every character n every relationship has taught me sumthin......

i just know tht im very lucky to hav remix enter my life....which is sooo much more than just a show 4 innumerable reasons.....wudnt b fair to point sumthing in particular......

as a show in totality.....it has changed my life.....my attitude! a show tht jus came at the perfect time.....a time wen we r all goin thru the same issues as teenagers .....n remix has just got a solution 4 every problem tht we face!......

i hav realised remix's worth all the more after its end......coz only after remix got over i saw wat kind of shows are goin on n how those shows dun even deserve to b compared wid remix......

nt saying all shows r bad.....shows like LRL r gd enuff.....bt still its never managed to get me hooked on to it......its nt got tht magic remix had.....yes now thts the word .....if i hav to describe remix in just one word......it wud b plain MAGIC!
