"Shiv, mujhe bahot kaam hai, itni saari taayaariya karni hai..." Anandi giggling, ran away.
"Anandi, ruk jaayiye, main aapki kucch madat kar deta hoon" S smirked with a twinkle in his eyes.
"Accha kya madad karenge aap" A asked with a mischevious look, "abhi main rangoli banaane jaa rahi hoon, usme madad karenge?"
"Anandi, kya aap bhi, aap acchi tarah se jaanti hai, meri drawing bahot buri hai, uve seen my drawings from school days" S said sheepishly.
Anandi giggled, "aapko pata hai, aapke saamne teacherjee khadi hai, main aapko sikhaaoon, koshish karne main kya harz hai?"
S - "Teacherjee, huh? Waise itni khoobsurat teacherjee maine kabhi nahi dekhi" S came closer to A and held her by her waist.
"Uff Shiv aap bhi na, mauka dekha nahi ke shuru ho gaye" Anandi pursed her lips, trying to hide her smile. But her cheeks had turned beetroot red.
"ab mauke ka fayda uthana to acchi baat hai na" S reverted, pulling her closer. "Waise bhi, maa, papa, daddu, chotimaa, sab kisi rishtedaar ke ghar gaye hai" S smirked.
"Shiv" Anandi said softly.
"Anandi" Shiv mesmerized.
"Pehle aap mujhe rangoli banaane main madad karenge, phir baaki sab" Anandi replied, turning her gaze away to hide her smile.
S looked at her, annoyed "theek hai teacherjee, aapka hukum sar aankhon par, chaliye..." pouting away, S freed A from him. A bit her lips and took the lead and S followed her downstairs.
A had readied the colours and had chalked out the design. She and S sat down. S was rocking up and down like an anxious kid, looking intently at the design with folded hands.
"Shiv, chaliye, ab main aapko sikhati hoon ki rang kaise bharte hai". A said in an authoritative tone. She took his hand and asked him to pinch his fingers in the colours.
"Anandi, gadbad ho jaayegi, aapki mehnat kharaab ho jaayegi" S looked guilty. "kucch gadbad nahi hogi, bilkul chhote se bacche hai aap Shiv" A caressed his cheek lovingly and smiled at him.
A guided him and held his hand and made him fill up the shapes with different colours. At the end of it, S looked very pleased with himself and was smiling away to glory. He looked at A "aap duniya ki sabse acchi teacherjee hai" and immediately placed a peck on her cheek and took A by surprise.
"Aur aap duniya ke sabse badmaash student". A glared at him. S chuckled.
"Accha teacherjee apni aankhen band kijiye, aapko gurudakshina deni hai" S said closing her eyes. "Shiv kya kar rahe hai aap" A resisted and smiled at the same time.
"Shh, just 2 minutes" S said "and don't cheat" S affirmed. A giggled.
After 2 minutes, S asked A to open her eyes.
"Shiv kya..." A stopped. She looked down. A Heart shaped design was drawn and filled with red color and on top of it -with chiroli <<white colour powder>> it was written-
"I LOVE YOU ANANDI"
Anandi blushed and looked at Shiv. "I love you too Shiv" and hugged him.
After what seemed like forever, they broke the hug.
"Chale" Anandi said. S happily got up and pulled A up. A blushed hard. S sweeped A into his arms and they proceeded upstairs. 😳
