Hi,

I am Priyanka from the KS forum. I hope you guys dont mind my butting into your Forum. I used to be a KGGK watcher long time back, b4 my marriage. But then it kind of snapped.

One of my two all-time favourite characters from Kektaland was Sujal Garewal (the other is Jai Walia) from KTH. The part where his beloved Kashish marries him and wreaks havoc on him to avenge the murder of her first husband Piyush was the best part of KTH. She robs him of his estate and puts him behind bars. Only to realise not only that Sujal was innocent but that he had more or less known what Kash was upto and allowed her to destroy him just cos he would give her happiness.

The fact that Suyash is a much older and mature guy and knows very well that Paro never loved him in the first place (unlike Kash who did love him even after she married Piyush) makes his gesture even greater.

Kudos to him.

Rgds,

Priyanka

I hope poor Suyash at least becomes good friends with Paro, if not married to her. No belans, I hope from Om-Paro fans.

Hi Priyanka and welcome to the Kahaani forum. 😃 Yeah, ur absolutely right, there is a similarity between Sujal and Suyash. And ur absolutely right again when u say that Suyash's sacrifice is much greater than Sujal's coz Suyash is doing everything without expecting anything in return. When Kashish realised the truth, Sujal knew she would accept him back into her life whereas Suyash barely has even a hope that Parvati will even befriend him. 😭 Though I'm sure that will happen, 😉 coz before Parvati fell under the wrong impression that Suyash is Om's killer, she used to trust Suyash a lot as a friend and rely on him. 😃 Throughout the Gayatri case where she kidnapped Shruti and esp when Parvati was in trouble over her property, the only person she turned to was Suyash over all her family members coz they were shown to be, well not really very good friends but two people who really respected each other tremendously. 😃 Suyash respects Parvati so much coz she turned him from an egomaniacal businessman 😉 into his present self. 😳 Just waiting to see Parvati's reaction when she realises the truth. 😃

Hi Priyanka,

Your other fave character from Kekta land being Jai Walia from KS I presume? 😉

Coming back to the topic on hand, I never really followed KTH closely, just spurts (Aamna intolerant you see) but yes there was this one dialog of Akshat's to Kashish about Sujal which I can never forget:

"Tumne apni nafrat ki koi hadh nahi chodi Kashish
Aur Sujal apni mohabbat mein har hadh par karta chala gaya"

That's the way to love and yes though I would have loved Suyash even more had Mohnish continued to play it, this man Suyash is the epitome of selfless love.....

Salam-E-Ishq!!!!!!!!
