The show starts with showing Saanchi and her family. Saanchi is a 34 year old beautiful, single girl women who is taking care of the strawberry jam business and her family in beautiful hill town Panchgani. Family includes her younger brother advait, her younger sister Prachi, her naani Suman and her Aaji. She is shown to have taken up all responsibilities of the family and business after her parents death and has therefore still not married as no one was ever willing to accept her with her responsibilities which for Saanchi were her priorities. Her both grandmothers, bitter speaking neighbour Ulka Kaaku have always been trying hard to make Saanchi leave all her responsibilities and settle in life. Saanchi has her best friend and neighbour in equally aged Dilshad aka Dils ( Delnaz) who is a parsee unmarried girl and is always looking for young guys to marry.
The family is living happily in their sweet and sour encounters of life with no thrill or excitement. Naani and aaji waiting for one right guy who will come and take their Sarv gun sampann Saanchi on white horse, Saanchi buzy with business and household chores, both Prachi and Addu busy with their studies and jobs in short everything in peace.
One fine day an unknown tourist DV( Ruslaan) enters Panchgani on his two seater blue open BMW. The same day Shivam a 37 year old divorcee software engineer has to come to see Saanchi, and the same day Saanchi has a very important client meeting for a big order of strawberry jams. DV's car broke down leaving him no option to ask for a lift, Saanchi is in a hurry to reach office for the meeting, aaji and naani are preparing mouthwatering eateries for welcoming Shivam and they all clash.
DV is a 27 year old rich , suave, handsome and cheerful young boy. His mannerisms all speak that he is a boy child full of life and naughtiness. Seeing Saanchi coming on her open jeep, DV pretends to be having chest pain so that he may get a lift. Saanchi is a 34 year old slim! tall, beautiful girl who is compassionate with everyone! she is super honest and clear hearted who never speaks or likes others speaking lies. She is a strong entrepreneur who is single handedly handling all her responsibilities inflicted on her from young age due to her parents death which has matured here more than her peers.
