Not that my non-veg mind is always working,but when I read the title,i thought u were speaking of some mole/birthmark on Jodha's body 🤪 🤣 ☺️

Think he is able to read her mind well...

and realizes her growing feelings for him..

What his thoughts are is what's been perplexing for a while now as the creative have managed to show no insight into his thought process...

He is and has always been attracted to her, is playful, naughty. Beyond that not sure..Somewhere it seems he too has developed a soft corner but his line to Ruqu "Dil jeeta ya Dimag" keeps ringing a bell!
