Balancing personal and professional life is very important. If not, this will create conflict between couples. In a corporate world there are times where professional needs takes over the personal needs and it is only the understanding between the couples and the support they provide for each other will help one another in excel in their work. We should not let ego play a part here.

Raji wants to pay back to Viswananathan for the trust he had in her and she is right from her side. Even in the first part Raji has tried explaining this to Karthik but he doesn't seem to understand but was getting offended. This is what has made Raji to lie to him during the phone convo. But however she could have spent little amount of time for him as well and then she could have carried on with her work rather than to avoid him.

I thought all these 4 will join their hands together or atleast Karthik will be thankful to Vichu and will join Raji and help her in her work. But rather he is not giving her the much needed space of the hour. Instead he feels being ignored. Karthik should understand the current situation and the circumstances under which she has rejoined. If not being helpful atleast should not disrupt her. After all he was the one he encouraged Raji to do the presentation well last week.
