Well, they will get married, if they do not FALL in love or possibly realize they are in love. That's the only scenario for getting them married! If they realize they are in love, then Prachi will get married to someone else (Like, Kripa married Prithvi in KYPH & Kashish married Piyush in KTH!)

Since in this show there is no other guy than Neev yet, and Ejaz is only doing a cameo, then Neev might possibly get married to Ayesha first.

Kayamath is a story about changing relationships and of everlasting Love.

so basically one change of relationship can be friends to lovers 😳

but the story has to move on so there will be a bunch of problems
