I'm trying to understand how Disha got hold of Kanaka. I'm not sure if I missed something or if Guhas are teaching me their version of Business Law.

If I'm not mistaken, DK gave away Kanaka to Gargi (to cure Sumi). Gargi in turn signed off Kanaka (or did she give POA?) to Vedant. Vedant then gave Power of Attorney to Disha. So the true owner of Kanaka is still Vedant and/or Gargi.

But in DK's will everything that belongs to DK goes to Disha...how can Kanaka go to Disha if it belonged to Gargi/Vedant???😕

If Kanaka does belong to DK and went to Disha after DK's death...wouln't DK get it back if he is alive without Disha signing it back to him???😕

Koi suljhavoon meri uljan...please

when Gargi went to jail, she gave POA to Vedant who gave to Disha. Disha asked Vedant to give it to DK as he was the real owner. DK refused to take it and gave it back to Vedant, who again transferred it to Disha..

yaar Nisu this is illogic land so only illogical thing happens in TD

I will give it a try first DK transferred in Gargis name assuming that the property was not registered when it went into Gargis hand n she had given POA to Ved n THEN Ved transferred to Disha n so on finally it is in Dishas name n assuming that registration was made to the property when in DISHAS hand then it is valid as it is registered in her name regarding POA the person who is giving POA can revoke the authority. Here Disha is the owner assuming her property is registered. So Disha has to certainly sign papers of kanaka in the name of DK eventhough it is DKs property it is registered in Dishas name once registered property cannot be revoked. YAAR may be i m wrong that much knowledge i got. Registration is just our assumption.

But it is just a POA not an actual transfer of property. So the true owner is still Gargi and the owner can change POA at anytime...can't they???

yaar thats what i m telling eventhough the papers were transferred to gargi assuming that it was not registered it still remains with DK so by will he can transfer it is just assumption regarding registration

the whole matter lies in registration
but i think GUHAS has driven us to illogical means so dont pull ur hair yaar

Nisu Dear

Guhas have their own Marriage Law n Law of Business

Marriage Law = people can remarry w/out getting divorce from their first marriage…. 😃

Law of Business = POA can be transferred multiple times w/out being registered. 😃

So you finally learnt the moral of the story….it is not expect logic from Mighty Guha's 😉
