Shiv wanted to punish the culprit. If that's the case he should never let his family withdraw the case.
I don't understand how Shiv does many mistakes and people only try to reason his behavior.
Isn't it his job to actually look at a issue from all directions rather than single sided. On top of it, isn't it his job description not to favor family. I can't believe people are actually accepting this behavior.
As long as he is not in someone's shoes he will go with a judgment he likes, which may not always be right.
